BREAKING NEWS – Attack on US Naval Forces in the Straits of Hormuz
Friday, June 8, 2012 4:40 PM EST - SUA has learned through various sources that an unprovoked attack on the US Navy occurred this morning in the Straits of Hormuz. CVN-65, the USS Enterprise aircraft carrier and its group were reportedly attacked by no less then 4 sophisticated jets. Confidential sources within the military have confirmed the attack off of the "Broken Isthmus".
There is no confirmed word on damage or if there are any casualties, but SUA has learned that this attack may have caused injuries and possibly one death. We have contacted the military and are awaiting official response.
SUA is reaching out across the land to confirm. Any sources would be welcomed. As of 5pm, CentCom has neither denied or confirmed the reports and pledges to update when further information is available.
UPDATE 5:25 EST - US Navy released: From U.S. Fifth Fleet--USS Enterprise completed a routine, nonthreatening, transit of the Strait of Hormuz. No date confirmation.
UPDATE 6:30 PM EST - "The Islamic Revolutionary Guards Corps, which oversees Iran's nuclear and ballistic missile programs and controls strategic missile units, have had a series of naval and air maneuvers in the gulf in recent weeks.These involved the firing of an array of missiles, including anti-ship weapons, and focused primarily on the Strait of Hormuz." (This was published today at noon.)

UPDATE 7:30 EST - SUA has been unable to secure further official military responses to date. Until further information is available, we stand by our original sources, however we are going to table the story at this time. We invite any official contributions pro and con. For the sake of our troops in the field and our national security, we hope this was a mis-interpretation of a naval event as reported by individuals in theater.
UPDATE 11:00 PM EST - Since the news was reported earlier this afternoon, and certainly since our last update, the influx of information has been unprecedented. We cannot possibly vet it all now, but we are working on it. When we can thoroughly vet the input as we did earlier, we will inform you. Please, send us what you have, or tweet your findings, pro and con. Its about our security and that of our warriors in theater. Uncover the truth....our sole goal.

News of such an event would be imposible to keep under any secrecy. No news and lots of it means there are no facts to report. It is a hoax.
OR maybe it's some kind of time warp thing and , and, and, well, and N.E.S.A.R.A. will bob up someplace off the coast of cuba in another 70 years or so. Now that's a long time to wait for a hoax to come true and to become debt free. So,,, everyone back to earning it the old fashioned way.

Yeah Chancy I do agree. If this was true in any way, it would have made it on MSM. And since the Military & no one else will say anything at all, then I conclude it's BS. If we are wrong & news does surface then someone please post it. Stories such as these need to be checked out & confirmed before posting.

Ive been i touch with some high ranking Military soarces and of last report as of this morning the word is that the Enterprise pass through the straight with no incodence of an attack!! These soarses are connected straight to the Pentagon i might add and all are Patriots through and through! More to come so i will report what is coming into my camp as it comes in! We are awaiting a verification that the report givin is indeed true or false!As it is right now the attack is false information!! I cannot name my contacts for security reasons! We are on top of this!
