Damien,
Just by the way you ask this question, tells everyone what your motive really is. All you are trying to do is blame all of us for your buddy, Gerry's demise. You just can't seem to understand, or except the common sence approach we try to use here to avoid any problems.

He had that once in a lifetime chance to apoligize for what he caused and try to work out some avenue to remain as a part of this website but instead he choose to attack the other members with profanity just because they didn't want the information that he was passing out.

It doesn't matter if it was legal or not, he was ask not to post it here on this website. I know because I am the one who ask him. He was sitting at my house using my internet. After he posted it and it backfired on him, instead of trying to make it right with those that he offended he attack them, like they were wrong.
Regardless of weather or not he intended to cause the stir that he caused, or if what he posted and sent out to all of the people on his friends list in private was intended to cause a problem or not, The reason he was banned from this website was the way he handled it.
I know he was ask by myself and several other people, to just be the bigger person and apoligize to those that he made all of his profane remarks to and he would be allowed to stay.
He told me that he did nothing wrong and wasn't going to apoligize to anyone for anything.
It is called False Pride and Overgrown Ego and they have caused a lot of what could have been good people to fall by the wayside. No one had to take Gerry down, He did a good job of that all by himself.

Now I want you to know that you need to make a discission. We do not need to have this discussion over and over. You are beating a dead horse. If you wish to stay here, Abide by our rules and be a productive part of this website I suggest that you direct you energy toward more productive actions.
Because if you persist in this line of questioning and stirring up arguements over this subject again, We will hold a conference among the Admins. and Regulators and discuss how to handle this problem. That is not a threat, it is the way we do business. Consider this your warning.

I think, for the most part, that what we are all talking about, is the matter of degree. The degree of how much we dare go into the potential/possible response of our behavior to an increasingly rabid govt. The admin. has a responsibility to insure that this site remains viable. They can't do that if they allow its members to run amok. Damien makes statements that make sense and probably most of us agree with but for whatever reasons, we contain ourselves. The bottom line is that we all agree that this whole thing is necessary but we all need to realize it really is a matter of degree and that we need to respect the ideas of others as well as to the responsibilities of the site.

It is my understanding that the militia is defensive. I will defend my family, community, state and country with my life if needed, I will not follow someone whose goal is dare the law to put me in jail. Nothing can be acomplished in jail. If what Gerry posted was so noble then why did he post it here and not on his site? To draw heat to yourself is your right, you DO NOT have the right to draw heat to me and my family.

Linda, you area right.
@Damien, why is it that so many don't read the rules and then complain and once they read the rules they complain some more. The site was developed to help the different States get their own Militias going. We have excellent info here for all to read that will help with preparing and survival. You can discuss other subjects but you need to understand that arguing with another patriot only causes problems and sometimes the anger overcomes common sense. Just realize that we are here for you but you must contribute in a way that uses common sense and not anger! Why put something on this site that will create problems for the Administration when they have worked hard to put this site together? You need to stop and think before you right and call people names. I am not a hypocrite or a coward==are you? It is time to take a look at yourself before you start calling others names.
We all need to work together and it is time to realize it!!!

I have been ask to said something. I recognize the name by read something before in this context. All you go about is the decision take for Gerry to step out, he didn't, we have no choice but to do it for him... now you as if were illegal... if was not something to call the attention of the FBI, why they visiting? Please, is not that hard to use common sense. But since seems that you like to keep on the subject and don't know how to leave it, I must said that your actions are really suspicious, if you are so fan of Gerry and disturbing aptitude you want to raise here, I suggest you to go to his site and inform that your mission got no were.
You said you don't try to call anyone names, but you called any way... do you believe for instant that those that join a site like this one, are either of those names that you use? and why confront patriots, while we have so much to do and so little time to accomplish?.

Your question our motives, as if we need to get explanations of why we have the rules we have. Been that this site is relatively very young, we did like you suggest, and with the learning process, as the member size got bigger, that we need it to have some rules, for the sake not of few, but many, for the sake of those that trusted us, knowing that as much we can we will protect their state here, as long the are here, and we will protect their security and privacy. When someone in the Adm. use their power to bring too many, illegal info ( BTW one of the links was a very strong and danger virus ) not under his personal name, but with the pretensions that the administration give him blessings to do so, that person can't and will not be trusted.

Now you comment about posting... I think that you miss something very important here, this site is a tool for patriots, that want to make difference, by gathering, meet like minded persons, learn, training on survival skills etc, we we intent to bring here, is information from everyone in this context not other one's, the fact that we allow for people to bring other subject can tell you, that we're open about it, just some subjects just have to much controversy, and became a distraction from the real intent of this site. We are not the news media, nor any news outlet, to inform people of the current events, etc... If the members can't follow the simple rules we have in the front, maybe they need to re considerate and ask themselves why the join in the first place. Our main concern is not to take care personal feelings, but the security as a whole of the entire membership.

I believe that will be very good for you to read the rules if you didn't do it yet. We try to gather like minded patriots, people willing to make difference, who see what is going on, and will step to the plate to do the right thing, whatever at that time the right things maybe be for different people.

I belong to too many sites, and every single one of them have rules, that either I follow or not, in that case, just simply go. Trying to change something that has not discussion because how you feel, will not make difference. Those rules are place there because has been the very members the ones that ask for them, to avoid for this site to became a want a be site, taking care everyone ego in pretensions, we will not be here today. Understand, no criticize Instead stir the pot, try to be positive and bring different aptitude to the table, and maybe if you look things for what is best for anyone, you will know and follow those rules, because they are base on common sense, Those rules apply to everyone the same, adm. or not. I can tell you that I have discussions or blog posted by me, that has being delete. I don't mind for one reason, I belong to so many sites, that I can put that info somewhere else. In the end, it's out to all of us, not just few.

This I say. If war is to come, let it come. We do not have to be at each others throats here and now.
We should be working together like a Unit, all with the same direction to travel.
We are to well spread out to do much anyway unless we step out on our own.
It is true that we should be getting ready for what comes but getting that done will have to be in our own states, counties and districts and get it all done without Big Brother watching us.
I suggest that those who have information to teach others do so in the area where they live. It should not be done over the web. It would be like pointing a finger at all of us while yelling "Looks what we are doing," to big Government(Liberals).
If you know someone who is up on things like weapons break down or on survival, then by all means get together a crowd or a few and learn and teach. Let those without knowledge learn what is in your head. before it is to late.
Set up meetings and learn and teach.
But lets not get upset with eachother here and now. It is what The Liberals want to see. First comes the polls November 2 nd.

Patriots:

The people running this site have said their piece. I am not involved in enforcing the rules but do have my right to respond to this discussion. I was visited by the FBI because of someones comments on another site. I know what it's like to get that knock on the door and that sweet/melt in your mouth request, "sir, we're from the FBI and we would like to speak with you". I fear no man but the thing that pops into your head at that moment is "The United States of America vs XXXXX. Now that gets your attention even if you've done nothing wrong. This posting of bomb making details is stupid, any and all information like that is posted all over the internet, all you have to do is look. It doesn't belong here. Talk of over throwing the government is another stupid discussion to start. I don't believe that any of us want to overthrow the government. We want to replace the people running it with representatives that listen to the people, uphold the constitution and remember who they work for. While I was working, I had the opportunity to travel all over the world. I walked the streets of Israel with two bodyguards provided by the Israeli government. I've been to China, Russia (had two "bodyguards" there also), Australia, Malaya, Japan, etc etc and every time my plane landed I was happy to be back in the greatest country on earth. The only place I was more excited to get back to was Texas. I have enjoyed my freedom my whole life and have watched it slowly being taken away by a bunch of pea brains, now I see it being taken away in good size chunks, it won't continue if I can help it. To all who read this, if you don't like the rules, if you don't like the people running the site, leave. That's one freedom you still have left. If you want to discuss bomb making, contact the BATF, they'll be glad to talk to you. If you want to overthrow the government, send a letter to the FBI, they'll be glad to hear from you. If you don't like the president and feel you must do something about it, send a letter to the secret service, they'd really be interested. If you feel that you don't like my response to this post, please contact me, I could use some live fire exercises.

I've been in the movement for over 20 yrs, I've been on WRAM for about a month.

In that month, I've met / networked w/ more truly concerned, competent & ACTIVELY engaged patriots than in any year previously.

Go play w/ the keyboard commandos & chest thumpers on stormfront or assault web if you just want contraversy & drama

This website is under a rather large microscope, and I hate to see dissent within the ranks. It shows a lack of cooperation, coordination, and drive. It also serves as a platform for nonfriendly entities to join up and stir the pot and create dissent.

It doubly bothers me because I'm alone without a team or transportation. I have my own equipment and info sources, but when i see bickering like this on every patriotic site I frequent, I feel I may lose the faith.

I don't want that. And trust me, no one here does either.

This website is a forum to bring like minded people together. Discuss topics of intrest to the members. Anybody who purposefully insults the membership is in violation of the rules posted on the first page of this site. I don't want the administrators to monitor, sensor posts to the site. We are, for the most part, responsable adults, lets act as though each post is being sent to your best friend.

Well, all that was posted as a reply mirrors my sentiments exactly, although some are not exactly what I would say, but that is the hard part, we as Admins cant sat what we really would like to say or feel here, we have to let our personal thoughts and feelings step aside to try to be as impartial as possible. You think we enjoy taking out some ones post? No we do not, we don't just jump in and do it,some times we read it 4/5 times trying to see how it will fit in as to the purpose of why we are even here. OD was interrogated about what Gerry did, and don't know if what happened to me and a passenger last Sunday returning from a meet had any thing to do with it also, but I was stopped for a supposed traffic stop and the passenger were interrogated for 45min and detained after we were told we could leave due to the fact that they did not return the passengers ID until they came back to continue to interrogate us. It was not a traffic stop, it was an excuse, so it was plain from the start, that at least some of us are considered persons of interest, so in closing I will mirror what OD and MM said, we do not do all this work just to have some irrational post to be used as a point to harass the site or shut it down, it is a fine line to walk, but when ever we do it is for the good of the members and the site, and we are very protective of the site and the members, if we weren't proactive, the site would have probably already been shut down.The PTB, have already said that we are closely monitored. So it would irresponsible and irrational for us to just let it be a free for all.
