I didn't see the previous post man. This was just on our Fb page.no there is nothing new to add but this must be where we stop this bs in its tracks or ATF will be after our ak and ar rifles next. Call them out on this.i sent the ATF my 2 cents on the topic and I hope the rest of you will as well being they are open to comments about it.

Here is a much more recent post from AMMOLAND concerning this subject. I think This one requests that Illinois STATE level legislators be petitioned to offset the pressure that Holder is trying to push on them.

I though ONLY cogress could pass a law ?
The ATF is an independent branch of our government & has No Authority to write any laws.
Incedentally:
According to a man I sometimes listen to on talk radio whose name is Rod Class. There was a Bill passed in the early 1900's by a Senator named Dick, it was initially called the Dick Act but has been renamed. I can't remember the new name. In this bill Congress voted that ALL US citizens have the Right to own as many guns or rifles as they want without limit & all the ammo they feel necessary or want or need.
According to Rod Class it is written in this bill that Congress Voted that this Bill can NEVER be REVISED or REVERSED & is so stipulated.
Now since this bill was passed this means that all Federal gun laws that have been implemented are Null & Void.
Rod Class said that he ordered a Certified Copy of this from the National Archives for around $15.
This also means if this really is true that all the people in prison for so called fire arm violations that are illegally being imposed.
