Do this, search the whitehouse for "Executive Order 13159": http://search.whitehouse.gov/search?affi....

Now do it on the Bush archived site: http://search.archives.gov/query-bush.ht....

Notice that the original Order was issued on June 21st of 2000.

This happens at the same time every year.

....be aware that about 75% of EO's are in fact re-upping old ones. If you research them you can see they're carried forward from one administration through another. This is not to say that they're HARMLESS....or that the new ones don't sidestep the proper oversight / vote. They pretty much all suck IMHO. I've never been a fan of EO's or EP. But... "It's good to be king".

With respect I really do not think this is just the same thing bush was doing... With Obama just updating that document by executive order just months ago... Now this ... Something stinks this time not sure what yet but the feds are up to something.i don't think we should just disregard this as nothing fellas...
