Drake just provided the official Green Light on their BlogTalkRadio show, that our Minuteman plays a significant role in. Drake confirmed that the military hardware that has been documented on YouTube that is being shipped by rail in California is headed to seal up the borders in Arizona and Texas for the border lock-down. Drake said the outing will happen in full public view no later than the Republican Convention commencing in less than 3 weeks.

Wednesday, August 8, 2012 – Drake’s Mid-Week Update Transcription

Drake Said:

* To perform arrests: Study the Insurrection Act (1807).
Study Article I, Section VIII, and the Citizens Arrest doc from Drake’s website.
Charges of treason must come before Congress.
For a treason charge you must find a Judge Advocate (military who is brave.
* There is a huge team of military flag officers and retired inactive officers
supporting our movement. The inactive ones have been recalled to duty;
This is the first time in history that this has happened.
Troop and equipment movements are for our protection. We are now in
the End Game. Troops have been issued live ammunition.
The California tank movement is to seal our southern border.
* The Tampa GOP Caucus Aug 27 – 30th this month will be different than
expected. News media will be open and truthful.
Someone important will make an announcement there that will change the
game.
* Militias will be contacted by the military. Get your stuff together now.
We will probably not be using our arms but will support in arrests.
* The Cabal has lost.
* We are close to the financial relief we are all looking for. TPTB have been afraid
we were coming to shoot them.
* All of the information above is an OFFICIAL ANNOUNCEMENT.
* Minuteman says: If you are not in a militia then prepare to assist your local militia,
law enforcement authorities and neighborhood.
* Drake says: This is the first time this announcement has been made.
* Make sure you do not violate any laws with your weapon.
* This is the Tactical Green Light.
* The Russian troops here for training will be leaving in two weeks.
* Russia and China are our allies.
* First the government will be cleaned up, then the financial industry will be cleaned.
* Do not fear flooding on either coast – its fear porn.
* Neal Keenan still has not submitted his lawsuit.
* Drake will continue to broadcast until the news media is revamped and free.
* Medical miracles will occur due to new technologies; replacement of lost limbs, etc.
* The technology exists to fully suppress earthquakes so don’t fear them.
TPTB were supposed to have blown up the Olympics but that has been prevented.
There are counter measures to HAARP.
* Our planet is shifting on its axis, but it is a good thing.

* There will be a need for anyone familiar with Common Law.

WASHINGTON (AP) — The Justice Department said Thursday it won't prosecute Wall Street firm Goldman Sachs or its employees in a financial fraud probe.

In a written statement, the department said it conducted an exhaustive investigation of allegations brought to light by a Senate panel investigating the 2008-2009 financial crisis.

"The department and investigative agencies ultimately concluded that the burden of proof to bring a criminal case could not be met based on the law and facts as they exist at this time," the department said.

But the department added that if additional or new evidence were to emerge, it could reach a different conclusion about prosecuting Goldman.

Like I was saying, the burden of proof still lays at the feet of the accusers. Left to rot, it will never be an indictment as required by OUR Constitution.

We are getting very close to the end game for one of my more bold predictions on the Road to Roota: That Ron Paul will become the Republican nominee and will be endorsed by Sarah Palin.

It's nip and tuck to the wire, but now it only takes one Romney slip up and Ron will be the last man standing.

When that happens I ask all of you to FIGHT beside him with your very last breath....I know that most of you already are!

He's not our only hope to beat the Bad Guys but he is our only hope for a peaceful transition.

So in other words, our own police are now to be the leading edge of the "takeover"? Actually, this is just a continuation of what's already happening all over the country. Police forces refuse to hire someone with too high an IQ, they ignore applicants with a history of violence... Just in the past week I've seen stories like a woman being pulled over for making a rolling stop (she says she didn't), pulled bodily from the car, the cops refused to tell her why they were doing this, and then she was strip-searched at the roadside, including the cops forcibly removing a tampon from her body in full view of passing cars! There was another incident where a couple was arrested for daring to ask a cop for directions - arrested after being abused, of course. There are countless stories, many of them videotaped (and people who record such incidents are almost invariably attacked, even if they're on their own property, which the cops enter illegally to attack the videographer and take his or her camera by force; they usually say it's "evidence" so they can walk off with it, charge the person "interfering with an officer"" or "obstruction of justice". Some have stood there and smashed the camera in front of the owner, basically daring him to try and do anything about it; some have then attacked the owner and arrested him or her after some violence. The charges can be anything, including "resisting arrest"). It's gotten INSANE. Too many cops think they are above the law, and ANY order they give MUST BE OBEYED or they can attack, beat, pepper-spray, Tase and arrest the person who refuses to obey. They almost always get away with it, even if the person is hospitalized or even killed.

If it gets much worse than this, there are going to be a lot of dead cops AND citizens! I've heard from a GREAT many who are completely fed up! In some places it's as though THERE IS NO LAW AT ALL - just a lot of petty dictators with badges. Some of them seem to be downright psychopathically violent.

Agree Ian, many of them do believe they are above the law. We will have to deal with these people, along with many others, when we get our country back. I myself feel that Ron Paul is our only saving grace to get us back on track to get the beautiful country that we all love back to where she should be. Pray, pray, and pray some more.
