For the record this is the only response I will make to EDOGZ accusations against me. I may add a copy of the internet-radio show in question if I can get a copy.

This attack stems from my call in to a show back in January. In all honesty I don't remember the whole thing but I do recall enough to answer these charges. In the end it is still a case of he-said,she-said. And I will put my reputation up against EDOG any day of the week.

He references a JLP "sock puppet" account. Yes that is mine, and was used to monitor another site he had been posting on. Anyone who uses the same handle on all their internet activity is asking for trouble. I have several, Sandman369 here and on YouTube, Krueger-WV on the USM forums and AWRM site. And John Lee Pettimore on others. The question remains why use it?

For the same reason EDOG does, for instance how does he get screen shots from WRAM after being banned? Either through a friend or by an alternate account. For instance I have been banned from the "Fighting for Liberty" site, but have friends who are watching it for me. He claims this is a sign of guilt, nope it is a sign of awareness. Awareness that we are engaged in a cyber-war against agent provocateurs who spend hours a day trolling the net, spamming attack posts and trying to tie up Patriots time and resources.

The question also arises as to who EDOG represents? What Unit does he associate with, who vets him? Who in the Militia community will publicly support his charges? Who last saw him at a Militia Summit or FTX? The problem is he is an internet troll with no real world/ meatspace connections (other than perhaps Deborah Swan, but that's another issue), and so he has no reputation to defend. He can spend 24/7 on the attack.

He levels some very specific charges at me and I will address them in turn. He claims his exposure of my alt account is proof of guilt. NO, It just proves he's a better internet troll than me. I have maybe an hour a day to devote to the internet. I have a 9-5 job, wife, 2 kids and a big goofy dog that requires my attention. Add to that the logistics and command functions of running a local Militia unit and my day stays quite busy.

And for the record, NONE of my people have ever been arrested or questioned by any authorities. Nor have any of our allied units that I am aware of. (he will claim "AHA! see... never arrested, that PROVES they are all dirty". No it proves we are not stupid Mr.Criminal).

In the attached posts he asks questions and while I hate to dignify them with an answer it is better to have a public record than to remain silent. I hate to feed the troll, but in this case he needs to choke on it. Lets look at his questions in order:

In the very first paragraph hes says: I threatened his life on behalf of Rick Light, That I was in Oklahoma the weekend before Charles last trial, and that I admitted to going to speak to the FBI for a "Debrief", and that I referred to Charles as my "FRIEND". LOL Really? where to begin.

First, LOTS of people listened to that show, I was not on for the whole thing, and did not hear the first half. My call in lasted maybe 5-10 minutes. EDOG says I threatened his life, this is a Lie, if I did, why did he not report me to the authorities, the Militia Command structure, or deal with me himself? If someone threatens my life, I will fix it, one way or another.

Second, Rick Light is an associate in the TX Militia but we have never met, and I am sure not going to hurt someone based on Rick's say so. Thirdly I have never been to Oklahoma for ANY of the trials, and have not been in that state in 20+ years! I challenge EDOG to produce ONE witness or shred of proof that I have been there.

On the show I OFFERED to come with volunteers to provide security at the Dyer Residence, but never went because our FTX fell on that week and Mrs Dyer asked for no uniformed Militia involvement. EDOG makes a big deal of me driving 200+ miles (to where again?). Oklahoma is 1000+ miles from here, so no idea what planet he lives on. He claims I "said" I was going to meet the FBI and debrief, NO what I said was I was going to debrief my MILITIA UNIT on the Charles Dyer situation/trial. The only involvement our Unit or Myself had was to have two donation drives with the money going straight to Mrs.Dyer via paypal. She thanked us by email. I challenge him to produce one witness, one shred of proof that I have EVER been in contact with ANY LEO.

I also have never met or spoken to Charles and NEVER referred to him as my "FRIEND". But lets get back to the questions.

1) I have never been to OK for ANY trials, if EDOG cannot provide proof he is a liar.

2) Have never in my LIFE spoken to the FBI. Prove it or shut up.

3)FBI/DHS has never contacted me or ANY of my people (my unit or local allied units). Plenty of witnesses for my side here, including 41 Militia units in 38 states. NONE of whom have ever been approached by FBI about me or my unit. FIND ONE PERSON in the whole US who will contradict this? Didn't think so.

4)Ditto

5)I don't recall using the phrase "Pound Sand" AND since I have never spoken to the FBI it would be hard to tell them that. Not a Phrase I use, if anyone recalls hearing me EVER use this term please chime in!

6-9) Allow me to repeat for the slow witted, I have never spoken to any FBI agent nor been employed, paid or recruited by one. In FACT I have never been employed, affiliated, paid or contacted by ANY Law Enforcement Agency concerning the Patriot/Militia Movement.

My arrest record is out there for those who wish to look, I have never been convicted of a felony (I did do some minor dumb kid stuff 30 years ago) and I lead an exemplary Life, so the Feds have little to use as leverage against me. Can you say the same DOG?

EDOG goes on to claim that I confronted the BACA bikers in Duncan, *while armed no less!!*
You truly are retarded, I have never met ANY BACA people, and NEVER been to Duncan OK. FIND ONE Biker, witness, policeman, Dyer family member who saw me there. Find ANYONE who witnessed me with the BACA group Or Mrs Dyer.

Continuing the charade, EDOG claims I am a "SELF APPOINTED" Militia leader. He is a LIAR. I am the duly ELECTED leader of a lawful Constitutional Militia, elected according to the OVM-CVM bylaws with a near unanimous vote of members in good standing. Just goes to show how delusional the "SELF-APPOINTED Investigator of the Patriot Movement" is. Anyone wishing to verify my election is welcome to contact our unit members.

EDOG goes on to call me a "FAKE WATCHMEN of America member" This is another blatant Lie. I have NEVER claimed to belong to the Watchmen Organization, and have Never paid them dues. I have a profile on their website (nameless for now) but have never claimed affiliation or membership. I did meet some Watchmen Folks at a Militia summit in Georgia. (they had some nice gear). Can EDOG PRODUCE ONE WITNESS OR POST to prove I claimed Watchmen membership? Nope, didn't think so either.

On another forum he claims I tried to Join OHMM (another Ohio militia) run by a Col Cross. For the record I have a profile on their website and have exchanged greetings but HAVE NEVER attempted to join or merge with them. My unit (OVM) has NO connection to OHMM. Other than that we both have the words "Ohio" and "Minutemen" in our unit names. But I do see how that would be confusing to a simpleton like EDOG.

In short this ALL comes down Reputation. EDOG made a choice to attack me, starting with a post on AWRM calling me a "snitch". I made a choice to attack him in return and call him a LIAR.

In the end each member of the Patriot community needs to make a choice for themselves as to whose reputation is better and who they will believe. I am open to any questions via secure means to verify any and all the information posted herewith as public record.

EDOGZ818 is an Agent Provocateur, study him and learn how to spot and avoid them, or risk having to spend time defending your reputation against bullshit charges.

I will only continue so long as he stays active causing dissent in the Movement or when he issues a public formal apology to me and my people.There is too much going on in meatspace with real threats to be faced and overcome in the months ahead.
