The yeller fringed flag in that video is your notice that your trafic court is under military law.
All of this is clearly unconstitutional and violates the oathe of office to ( The Flag ) NOT FLAGS. So what I recomend to do is when he is brought in to the court just state on and for the record the following: The law: §4. "I pledge allegiance to the Flag of the United States of America, and to the Republic for which it stands, one Nation under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all."
If I do not recognize the flag’S/s throughout the U.S, I don’t recognize your jurisdiction. This is clearly a breach of the oath and public trust throughout the land under God. Therefore, we have no business. If anyone touches me I will consider it an act of aggression against we the peaceful people. Please do not intimidate or give people worthless documents written in straw man names or numbers. We are not a number! We the people request that you go away from us in peace. We need not your perversion of law or council. You were suppose to serve us under one flag, one nation, under god. We have posted this notice of distress in this county of you complacently committing a crime against we the people and our flag of the Republic under God for which my old glory flag without gold fringe stands in distress upside down. Here finnally is a news release from a Richmond Va. media with a statement quoted from Brandon Raub.

A Chesterfield County man and Marine veteran is in a local hospital after being picked up by federal and local law enforcement officials concerned about threatening Internet postings.

Brandon J. Raub, 26, was in Hopewell's John Randolph Medical Center on Saturday.

"I'm currently in John Randolph in the psychiatric ward being held against my will," Raub said in a telephone interview.

Reports of his detention Thursday have gone viral on the Internet.

Raub said Secret Service, FBI and Chesterfield police officers came to his home Thursday. "They were concerned about me calling for the arrest of government officials," he said.

He was taken to the Chesterfield police station and then to the hospital, he said.

"I talked to a Secret Service gentleman for 20, 30 minutes," Raub said. "I was very cooperative and answered everything honestly.

"I really love America, and I think that idea that you can be detained and sent somewhere without due process and a lawyer … is crazy."

Raub said he has been raising questions about 9/11 and signed a petition to reopen investigation of the terrorist attacks.

On Wednesday, Raub posted on his Facebook page, "The Revolution is here. And I will lead it."

On Aug. 11, he posted: "I know many of you think I'm going crazy, and are wondering just why I have been posting the things I have been posting. I don't have the energy to explain. Just know that a new beginning is coming."

An Aug. 5 post said, "If you are unaware of the great amount of evil perpetrated by the American Government I suggest you take … your head out of the sand. The day of reckoning is almost at hand."

And on Aug. 4, he posted, "I am standing against a great evil. I will do it all by myself if I have to."

"Our office had received a complaint about threatening posts," said Dee Rybiski, spokeswoman for the Richmond FBI office. "As we would do in any circumstance such as this, our office along with Chesterfield Police (Department) officers went to interview Mr. Raub.

"The FBI did not arrest him," Rybiski said. "We are not commenting any further."

Chesterfield police Lt. Rich McCullough said Saturday, "We were assisting the FBI in a matter. All we did was transport" him to John Randolph for medical evaluation.

According to Secret Service spokesman Max Milien in Washington, "That subject was not arrested by us on any charges."

Raub said he served in the Marine Corps from 2005 to 2011 and was a combat engineer sergeant with service in Iraq and Afghanistan. He has a home silver numismatic-coin business.

Raub said he does not own a gun.

Yes, that list is very long. It's time to undue ALL the violations. It's time to make every piece of legislation that cannot pass the Constitutional test null and void! If we start from today and go backwards, we can discard 90% of our Unconstitutional laws and regulations. We can close 90% of all government agencies.

Instead, the American people will need to take care of their own affairs and not harm others as they enjoy their sovereignty and personal freedom. Did I miss something? Is there more to it than that?

I totaly agree with what you have said concerning your statment at your #7 statment.
I am sorry I was not at the Anaheim event.
1. To fare for me to travel.
2. Not enough money.
But I did see the basic same staging at The Antelope Valley Kangroo Court, Lamcaster, Ca. what I have seen there is if you have pins like P.O.W. OR Oath Keepers shirts or any constitutional reconitional gear with you and you do not present a direct threat but state the facts of how the Government and courtS are opperating Illegaaly directly to key staff members in the halls they will reconise your presents and will not fart with you. This dose not mean that you will not get violated in THE COMERCIAL COURTS though. I have watched officers of the courtS go to detain people with out them getting due prosess.
I have seen Officers of the court call for back up support in the courts when groups like the A.V.T.O. Antelope Valley Trucker Organisation were present. Those A.V.T.O. people are very civil and learned about their constitution and Bill of man made Rights.

God bless the U.S. land that I love.

They had a hearing today and the judge gave Brandon 30 more days that he has to spend in the psyche ward at the VA hospital for further evaluation. The Rutherford Institute's lawyers are now involved in this case.......you can find the link here:

Rikki, the Rutherford Institute does not charge when they know that someone's rights have been violated. They released a statement today saying that Brandon's rights have indeed been violated. The hearing lasted 3 hours today and the lawyers were right there with him the whole time.
