Very good information Don. Have known about this for a while now, but want to caution folks should they decide to implement the advice given on the site.

Dealing with the courts and Officers of the court, i.e. LEO, they DO NOT always understand the Legal terms that are used and how the courts truly operates. They merely think they are performing the duties of society and have no idea as to the true nature of what they enforce.

This means that in your attempts to reclaim your "Self", and to remove your self from their "Corporation" you will simply look like a nut with an attitude. You will be putting yourself in danger of being incarcerated in the local jail either for annoying a Peace Officer, or upsetting a Judge who thinks you are just being uncooperative.

So do think long and hard before you choose to take this road in life. YES, it is possible to WIN, and even to not have any legal proceedings against you. But, there are no guarantees of success dependent upon who you may deal with.

Good Info to know Don, most will scoff at it, but from what I have read on this it is very true and "legal" to do the things it talks about on that webpage.

ETXP, I agree. I was posting in more of an information standpoint than anything else. There is a lot of information to gleen from this site.
