These are my words and thoughts, not the thoughts or words representing this website.
I see a lot of talk about "lines in the sand", and "enough is enough". I agree with the feelings. I see others that claim, "I'm done with this or that", due to them all being "just talk, no action".
I'm going to piss some of you off, with what I'm gonna say here soon, so brace yourself.
Militia...
Constitutionally, needs a civil authority. Meaning, just because I dis-agree with how something is going, does not give me the right to agressively attack, does it? Defensive meaning, I must first be actually attacked, prior to responding, correct?
I'm not saying, we don't all feel the reprocussions of what is taking place, because the truth is, we all do. What I am saying is, we have to figure out how to go about this the right way. We can not, just say the hell with it, pick up our firearms and gear, and hit the streets saying "the buck stops here". It would be great, if that were a feasable action, to gain results, but the reality is that it's not.
Those of you wanting to act now, please ....oh please, I beg you to answer ....who, do we start shooting?
This website is militia geared, and my thoughts of militia are quite simple. Militia is really the people of a community, standing in defense of their community, with their authority being the members of that very community. So in reality, unless the majority of your community say, "militia, take over and defend us from whomever", we don't act, on our own personal feelings.
The basics are the things that are being overlooked and missed, and that is really our problem. If we all just take a step back, big breath, and focus locally, we can build a force to be recon with. It takes the community standing with you, to be effective. Otherwise, we sit in all these forums, ranting, and complaining, as our freedoms are stripped.

Well said and put. I agree and am doing exactly what you speak of, bringing my local community together and getting my fellow man here at home involved with preparing for the civil defense of our community.
It is the only real solution to the troubles we face. AS Joey said Non-compliance.
Now the hard part is getting enough communities to adopt that stance so that when the time comes we can stand as one together so that we are not taken out one by one.

agreed equalizer.
My thoughts on it are below.
I think this basically rolls back around to the idea of either being a genuine sence of what the militia is historically- A defensive force for the states/territories/ and communities, With the general citizenry behind it. Or the other- a private paramilitiary force who decides actions on the whim on their own personal feelings/beliefs. Just My two cents and you alls mileage may vary.
I know what i believe in.The Historical sence of Militia.
