So who is Jonathon Scott age 37 and how is he related to this?? Is he just another guy in and around Duncan and Marlow with ties to the Monica first charged with the fire, or is he some how connected to J4P, his Ex, or???

 

Everyone wants to banter about who knew what and when and why and who does more but we need to focus on the FACTS. Maybe WE can come up with some solid answers as to who was involved with the fire, why they did it, and make sure that the truth is not distorted.

 

If we expect to defend our Brother then we need to stay focused on keeping the facts straight and insuring that nothing can be turned around and used against J4P.

Arson investigation continues, second arrest made

DUNCAN — A second person has been arrested and charged in the fire which destroyed Charles Dyer’s rented home Aug. 12.

Jonathan Scott, 37, was arrested by Stephens County Sheriff’s Office Thursday and appeared before District Judge Joe Enos Friday afternoon. He was charged with second degree arson and a bond of $100,000 was set, along with the requirement he obtain a GPS monitor within one business of his release should he make bail.

On the second degree arson charge, the state requested Scott remain within Stephens County should he be released on bond. He is scheduled to appear at 2:30 p.m. Nov. 9, for a preliminary hearing on the arson charge. When asked if he had anything to say, Scott replied, “I guess not.”

On Monday, Freeman, 34, of Duncan, appeared in court before Judge Carl LaMar and was the first one officially charged with second degree arson.

LaMar offered her two options on bond — one of $50,000 cash or surety bond and a GPS monitor, and or a lower bond of $10,000 with a GPS monitor and reporting to the District Attorney’s office. Freeman opted for the second one.

Freeman remains in the county jail. She is scheduled for a preliminary hearing at 2:30 p.m. Nov. 8 and must have an attorney.

Scott also remains in the county jail.

This is the first I've seen in the main media system that mentioned the name of the second person arrested for burning Charles Dyer's home down, And that smells like cover-up to me.  Something to point out when I communicate my demand for a full investigation into everything about this case. Either the Justice Department is making a mockery of our American Justice system or some other treasonous bastards are trying to. And I for one Demand better.

Because at http://hatetrackers.com/Home_Page.html they published it yesterday and they named Jonathan Scott while the rest of the news media did not publish his name.

It doesn't exactly. But the Arrest happened Thursday. And other non mainstream had the name late thursday. AND if this was a sugar pie case like Kaycee Antony, arnaldo rivera
or some such would be freaking out all over about it. And It still smells like cover-up to me on a wide scale.

 100K is 100,000

You know it just occurred to me that the Duncan Banner is a newspaper. And a small town newspaper. Depending on when their deadlines are and when they print the paper, etc their stories aren't likely to be the same day. It may've been to late to get it into their Friday paper.

The Duncan Banner web site has been getting updated around 11:00 am and around 11:00 pm but it often has little or no change or new info about each article in their local news section. Small town news, you would think would be the easiest to get updated. bwdik

Tex, I was just saying that hatetrackers.com could be lying since the information had not yet been reported in any regular news media and hatetrackers did not post a link to their source.
