Yep,,, and that is your problem Rocco,,, you assume the fact's based on what you read from one side of this story and have not been there to see first hand!! Until we get the Attorney General to start investigating Stephens county for the corruption,,Charles does not need to come in!! We need to take this chance and rally to the call of THE ATTORNEY GENERAL INVESTIGATE THIS WHOLE MESS! This county has a major record for doing thing's like this,, it isnt the first time!! Ok local new's even has had stuff just recently about the corruption of several counties in that state and Stephens county is one on that list!! When an OK State represenative can tell me man to man that OK is ate up with Commie's period!! Clancy,, i know who you are and have for sometime,, the gig is up buddy!! You can stay though you are polite and you obey our rule's you are welcome to stay!! I do enjoy some of your post, i do think your a good person just badly dupped by a corrupt system! Hope to see ya shake it off!  Any of you out there that think he should turn himself in,, well if he did that right now,, we would have nothing to prompt the attorney General to get involved!! Get that investigation going,, Charles just might turn himself in!! All we want is justice out of this!! YOU CAN'T GET A FAIR TRIAL IF THE ODD'S STACKED AGAINST YOU AND THE LOCAL POWER'S TAINTED THE JURY POOL THROUGH THE MEDIA SMEAR JOB THAT HAS BEEN GOING ON!! THE REASON HE RUN WAS BACAUSE HE COULD NOT GET A FAIR TRIAL!! As Gary stated,,, it is real easy to be an armchair coach right now,, you are not in his shoe's!! So here you all are i just told you all what we can do to get Charles to turn himself in!! We can all sit here and type about it or do we begin?? Are ya up for it or is it going to be all talk this time as the last!! If you all only knew what some of us has been through on this predicament with Charles and the thing's we have seen!! Turn himself in??? NOPE!!!!!!! NOT TILL THE ATTORNEY GENERAL STEP'S IN!!

On Thursday, Stephens County Sheriff Wayne McKinney said a second person had been arrested in connection with the fire at Dyer’s residence. Although formal charges won’t be filed until Friday, a man in Stephens County has been arrested in the alleged arson case.

@Templar the grenade launcher I was referring to was an m203 that was given to Charles in a paper bag. Charles testified he didnt know what it was. The gun that was pointed at him by his almost ex father in law from the moving pick up, was a revolver. I'm saying someone with Charles experience and training should know what an m203 is. I saw his discussions on another site asking the admin about ammunition.

I am asking questions and giving information from my perspective as an audience member.

I'm looking at inconsistencies I've found in Charles statements and his testimonies.

The person who is under arrest in the arson, is one in the same who turned in the girl for the fire.

I'm curious, but why wasnt amanda around for the start of this trial? Has she finally chosen her child over Charles?

I just want to point out, I don't believe in the conspiracy theory THIS time. The Feds didn't get involved until AFTER the sheriffs dept had a case to investigate child abuse. Deputies went to the house to collect DNA and discovered the grenade launcher. When authorities went back to the house with a search warrant, days later, they discovered his war room with guns stamped property of us army. There were other weapons as well. Another one had been reported stolen. The serial numbers had been ground off. Charles was asked about that particular weapon and Charles said, on the stand, he bought it behind a pawn shop one night and never noticed serial numbers were gone.

Just things ive been pondering.

@mm - how do you go about getting us attorney involved in investigating ? I don't get much response from them at all! I have called three times to verify the supposed most recent federal warrant to no avail.

You can start by filing a criminal (not civil) complaint with and at any FBI Office. They also have links online. and the forms. But I think (not certain) that you have to present it in person.

2nd person arrested in arson case at fugitive’s home

DUNCAN — Stephens County and national law enforcement officials appear to have increased their efforts to track down fugitive Charles Alan Dyer, and there has been a new development in an alleged arson fire linked to the Dyer situation.

Stephens County Sheriff Wayne McKinney was unavailable most of Thursday. A knowledgeable source told The Banner the sheriff met with members of the Federal Bureau of Investigation to discuss the investigation, which began when Dyer did not appear Monday for a trial at Stephens County Courthouse.

By failing to appear to face a felony charge of child sexual abuse under the age of 10, Dyer was declared a fugitive by District Judge Joe Enos.

After taking flight, Dyer was also given a federal charge of unlawful flight to avoid prosecution, which was issued Wednesday. That charge and the possibility Dyer has left Oklahoma brought the FBI into the investigation.

“We are still following leads, one of the new developments is tied to the arson,” said McKinney, who would not confirm meeting with FBI agents Thursday.

However, McKinney did affirm a male has been arrested in connection with a fire that destroyed a mobile home Dyer lived in near Marlow. The sheriff did not release the man’s name, but said formal charges of arson will be made today.

The alleged arson fire was set on Aug. 11, and on Aug. 12, Monica Freeman of Duncan was arrested and charged with arson.

Local and national authorities consider Dyer to be armed and dangerous. It is believed the 30-year-old has weapons that could include an AK-47 and handguns.

The federal charge of unlawful flight eliminates the extradition process if Dyer is captured, and Dyer allegedly sent attorney David Hammond a letter Monday, in which the ex-Marine told his lawyer if Dyer was not heard from within 90 days, he should be considered dead.

Dyer was last seen in a silver GMC Yukon with Texas license plates. Authorities think a possible accomplice could be a woman about 39-years-old, who has long blond hair.

It’s also believed Dyer has connection to militia groups in Oklahoma and Texas.

Anyone with information about Dyer’s whereabouts or other aspects of the case should call McKinney at 580-255-3131. Those outside Stephens County who might have pertinent information should call their local law enforcement department. A nationwide BOLO (be on the lookout) notice was issued on Monday.

Could include but not for sure. How nice of the writer to mention that particular rifle. What comes to mind when a regular reader sees that type of rifle mentioned? "An AK-47?! He must be bad to own one of those! Terrorists have those!!" Looks like an easy way to demonize a person to me.

 

Anyway, sorry for getting that out, delete if necessary.

I agree Rob. As far I knew Charles was a die hard M4 or AR rifle kind of guy. Marine to the core. This is obviously a ruse to paint a darker picture.

Agreed! Marines are married to the rifles they have trained with. Although it is possible that he may also have an AK, it is rather paculier that they only mention the possability of an AK and not his more lethal choice for his level of training, the AR. Both rifles are equal in respect to the differences in their mechanical personalities. A highly trained individual is better off with an AR.

with al the pissing and whining around here no has has even stopped to think about j4p, what he is going through, how he is the one all alone right now wondering if they are going to kick his door in right now or if a " friend : will rat him out. its time for cooler heads to prevail here... this is a public out cry .... man if you need me for any reason get in touch..
