Well I am tired of bitching and all we do is talk. Those folks back in 1700,s sure had alot more balls than we have. Seems like we have none. I am not giving up to liberal communist pieces of crap and will die a free man rather than give in to tyranny. Our fore fathers would be pissed off and damn right mad. I have had enough and will not take it anymore. Roberts is a spineless good for nothing piece of crap.

It may be illegal but it is still going into effect. Children stay on their parents insurance polices until they are 26 and as of August 1 every employer, including the Catholic Church has to provide health insurance covering "woman's health" , you know, birth control, abortions, etc. WITHOUT COPAY! Watch for your insurance rates to go up to help pay for that now! ROBERTS IS AN IDIOT! And doesn't know the Constitution!

Think of all the people cheating on their tax returns when they got to pay the pipper for not buying Obama care... This is just bannanas... I don't see this panning out right. How do they expect this to work exactly...It's a damn shakedown if you ask me.

You can trace this further infringement on our liberties back to the 16th Amendment which allowed an income tax and created the IRS. Next came Social Security in the 1930's. Both of these infringements came during and right after periods of high immigration (1880 to 1921). Immigration by foreigners who had no concept of personal liberty or responsibility, but who instead were conditioned to government oppression. Soon millions of them naturalized and joined into unions to vote and influence our political process, and they were further influenced by American born radicals to move us towards Socialism. The result was income tax and Social Security. Full Socialism was stopped by cutting immigration way back in 1921, and by the Cold War against Communism.

Even if they are not all naturalized citizens they still influence elections since they are counted in the census and thus represented in Congress. In California and other states the Congressional districts are drawn to put most non-citizens into "liberal" districts, this increases the number of liberal Congresspeople. Overall these immigrants have increased the number of Socialist leaning Congresspeople AND Electoral votes by over 100, or 20%.

The end result was President Clinton who appointed two of the Supreme Court Justices who approved Obama care, and President Obama plus a Democrat supermajority Congress that passed it, and who also appointed two more Supreme Court Justices that support Obamacare. These socialist politicians were elected by the extra 20% of votes supplied by immigrants.

Even if we are able to elect a Republican majority that overturns Obamacare this time, with continued immigration Democrats will once again regain control and vote it back in, permanently. The only way to prevent that is to deport all illegal aliens and their children, and restrict legal immigration to those who will vote for liberty, not Socialism.

Be aware this mass Socialist immigration is supported and funded by a small group of people, mainly the US Chamber of Commerce, Ford Foundation, Soros Foundations, and Council on Foreign Relations. Just a few hundred people with lots of money who control politicians and the media are turning the USA into a Socialist State, from which there will soon be no going back.

The people have forgotten that we are under the law of the Constitution. Just because Congress passes a law, or a President issues an illegal executive order, or SCOTUS says it is so - DOES MAKE IT THE LAW OF THE LAND! We have two things going for us if we just use them!

Amendment 10 - Powers of the States and People. Ratified 12/15/1791.

The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.

The states can and should nullify Obamacare.

Second - Congress does NOT have the power to tax our health care or require us to purchase it. It is spelled out in the Constitution!

ARTICLE 1
Section 8 - Powers of Congress

The Congress shall have Power To lay and collect Taxes, Duties, Imposts and Excises, to pay the Debts and provide for the common Defence and general Welfare of the United States; but all Duties, Imposts and Excises shall be uniform throughout the United States;

To borrow money on the credit of the United States;

To regulate Commerce with foreign Nations, and among the several States, and with the Indian Tribes;

To establish an uniform Rule of Naturalization, and uniform Laws on the subject of Bankruptcies throughout the United States;

To coin Money, regulate the Value thereof, and of foreign Coin, and fix the Standard of Weights and Measures;

To provide for the Punishment of counterfeiting the Securities and current Coin of the United States;

To establish Post Offices and Post Roads;

To promote the Progress of Science and useful Arts, by securing for limited Times to Authors and Inventors the exclusive Right to their respective Writings and Discoveries;

To constitute Tribunals inferior to the supreme Court;

To define and punish Piracies and Felonies committed on the high Seas, and Offenses against the Law of Nations;

To declare War, grant Letters of Marque and Reprisal, and make Rules concerning Captures on Land and Water;

To raise and support Armies, but no Appropriation of Money to that Use shall be for a longer Term than two Years;

To provide and maintain a Navy;

To make Rules for the Government and Regulation of the land and naval Forces;

To provide for calling forth the Militia to execute the Laws of the Union, suppress Insurrections and repel Invasions;

To provide for organizing, arming, and disciplining, the Militia, and for governing such Part of them as may be employed in the Service of the United States, reserving to the States respectively, the Appointment of the Officers, and the Authority of training the Militia according to the discipline prescribed by Congress;

To exercise exclusive Legislation in all Cases whatsoever, over such District (not exceeding ten Miles square) as may, by Cession of particular States, and the acceptance of Congress, become the Seat of the Government of the United States, and to exercise like Authority over all Places purchased by the Consent of the Legislature of the State in which the Same shall be, for the Erection of Forts, Magazines, Arsenals, dock-Yards, and other needful Buildings; And

To make all Laws which shall be necessary and proper for carrying into Execution the foregoing Powers, and all other Powers vested by this Constitution in the Government of the United States, or in any Department or Officer thereof.

Section 9 - Limits on Congress

The Migration or Importation of such Persons as any of the States now existing shall think proper to admit, shall not be prohibited by the Congress prior to the Year one thousand eight hundred and eight, but a tax or duty may be imposed on such Importation, not exceeding ten dollars for each Person.

The privilege of the Writ of Habeas Corpus shall not be suspended, unless when in Cases of Rebellion or Invasion the public Safety may require it.

No Bill of Attainder or ex post facto Law shall be passed.

(No capitation, or other direct, Tax shall be laid, unless in Proportion to the Census or Enumeration herein before directed to be taken.) (Section in parentheses clarified by the 16th Amendment.)

No Tax or Duty shall be laid on Articles exported from any State.

No Preference shall be given by any Regulation of Commerce or Revenue to the Ports of one State over those of another: nor shall Vessels bound to, or from, one State, be obliged to enter, clear, or pay Duties in another.

No Money shall be drawn from the Treasury, but in Consequence of Appropriations made by Law; and a regular Statement and Account of the Receipts and Expenditures of all public Money shall be published from time to time.

No Title of Nobility shall be granted by the United States: And no Person holding any Office of Profit or Trust under them, shall, without the Consent of the Congress, accept of any present, Emolument, Office, or Title, of any kind whatever, from any King, Prince or foreign State.

That's it! They are not allowed to tax anything else or spend money on anything else. Look at far we have let them come. It is time to end it now!
