The govt now has to power to tell force us to have insurance, this above anything else will mark the change from republic to dictatorship. How soon before the govt will tell us what we can eat (already working on making gardens and collecting rainwater illegal), what we can drink (NY banning soda over 16oz), where we can live (GA man evicted for raising chickens on his farm).
Soon we will be forced to shop with government implanted chips, drinking victory gin and watching the US Govt broadcast channel.

it just figures... wonder what backdoor skeeming,threats and kiniving happened behind closed doors to make sure it passed. Well i reckon all we can do now is to just pick up the pieces and try to retain our Republic on other legal battle fronts.And when they push our backs literally against the wall and force a dictatorship on us.... well you know what happens..Lock and Load fellas keep em handy.

Keep in mind that the AMA is all about gun control too. Young doctors are being taught to grill their patients as to whether they have firearms in their homes. They pass this information along to the insurance companies. Now you can bet it will be required under ObamaCare that firearm ownership must be disclosed. Since this ruling blatantly falls back on ObamaCare as a TAX....and that government CAN tax you....what do you think government will do once it discovers you own firearms? Tax you to the moon.

This obamacare is the very definition of fascism; I cannot believe this has happened in my life time. This is the most ass backward pack of "leaders" we have ever had to deal with. If it is so good for us why does no member of congress or the senate, or even obamas administration have to have it or pay the taxes for it.
