Sheriff Richard Mack - "We the People" Are Holding Them Accountable / Demanding Prison-Work Camps For Congress-Senate-The Executive Branch Too
If "We the People" are unwilling to hold our elected officials accountable, we have no one else to blame but ourselves for the conditions of our lives. Those that seek elective office in order to gain personally are like the ticks that attach themselves to a host. We need to be able to identify those that are running to serve from those that seek to use the system to redistribute wealth from your pocket to theirs.
As long as the people allow the corruption to exist, it will. The only chance we have to save our nation is to banish those that use positions of trust to line their pockets at our expense. Perhaps, we should only allow individuals to serve that are willing to do so without monetary compensation.
For every two years served, a congressmen should be required to serve two years in prison. The result of re-electing corrupt career politiicans produces the same results as refusing to flush your toilet. Mark Twain once said "politicians and Diapers need to be changed often for the reason"Taking the money out of politics is necessary if we are to prevent the total destruction of our country.
By taking the money our of political system, the political parties will cease to exist and we would be able to select candidaes based on their integrity and their character rather than their party affiliation.
The key to restoring a government that is of, by and for the people requires that each of us do the following.
1) Get educated on the Constitution and the principles of liberty and individual responsibility.
2) Work as though the future of the country depends entirely upon your efforts, your dedication and your commitment to electing righteous men and women of character that can be bought for any price.
To violate one's is an act of treason and should be treated accordingly. If we executed two or three Congressmen every year how long do you think that it would take them to realize that honoring the Constitution is not just a suggestion. We should also demand Congress evaluate the performances of the Supreme Court Justices and impeach those that vote to stretch the Constitution and expand the power of the Central Government.

WHOAH! To just get a mob together and hang them is really no different than they are,, we advocate the arrest of these traitors but we must give them due process under the Constitution that means fair trials and proper arrests! Drake has furnished information on his site on how to get these arrests underway but please be careful in how you proceed,, use the proper LEA = LAW ENFORCEMENT AGENCIES to assist the arrest so you dont end up the one going to trial! This will not be an easy task at first!! Get the word out that we need support for these arrests and task the proper people to assist! This will start slow so dont expect things to just get going right off the getgo! As this gains support then we will see something from our work! DO NOT TAKE THE LAW IN YOUR OWN HANDS! Get your affidavits and gather your evidence then take that to the proper LEA to assist in the arrest! Think smart people! ;)
Remember we have many obsticles to over come in this action and support is the key,, get the word out and help gather that support! There are many Americans that feel the same way we do and know that these traitors have broken our laws!

Todd,, that is where numbers come in!! Get the support going for arresting these bastards then it just trickles down hill from there!! Make the prosecutors and Judges fear their arrest to and they may just want to go along with the arrests to and prosecute and judge each case correctly!! Its all about numbers of people that will support the arrest efforts! You want to see positive change then uniting with all freedom lovers is the only way we can win!! Time for all ideologies to come together for the change they wish!! Freedom should be the only thing we need to unite!

We would instantly EMPTY Washington D.C. and probably fill one or two prisons. I'm all for it. Now - HOW can that be done? People who have already attempted to use the Constitutional remedies have ended up in prison. The police, Congress and all the rest involved or who can be dragged in declare the effort insane, ridiculous, and the person gets hauled off to jail, and maybe beaten down first. The courts do NOT rule for the people, or for our Constitutional rights, which obviously no longer exist. How long are we to pretend that they do? Try it: go someplace that your Constitutional rights should be able to be exercised and give it your best shot. Make sure you have a good lawyer or, depending on how you decide to defend your person and your so-called "rights", prepare yourself to be murdered by police on the spot. America is NOT a representative republic any longer. It's a oligarchy and a police state.

I'd also like to point out that it has already been proved beyond doubt that Obama is NOT qualified to hold the Office of the President. he has been impeached as the Constitution requires, by correctly and legitimately convened Grand Jury. He ignores it all, and he's still there. He has repeatedly made law by decree, and the families of those he's had assassinated would tell you that they are not "fake laws"; they're being USED.
The Congress continues to vote for what they're told to vote for, and rarely even bother to read the bills they sign. That is a treasonous act. At the very least it's criminal on SOME level and ought to result in instant arrest and trial, plus a recall. Has it? In a word, no. Obama lies like a rug; no one calls him on it, not where it would make a difference. And if the truth were known, the entire "Federal Government' is NOT the Federal Government at all, but a corporation called "UNITED STATES, INC." It PRETENDS to be the real government, and the military backs that lie up.
I think America may already be gone beyond recall. I see no remedy., Oh, there are plenty of LEGAL remedies, but not when all law enforcement and even the U.S. Attorney General ignore choose to ignore them. Not when it's treated as a criminal offense to attempt to USE one of those legal remedies. We're long past the stage where any such attempt might help. I don't see a fix. I wish I did.

WE the people is the only remedy when there is no justice.Our power extends to all branches It was set up that way because they all are able to go bad.The problem is no one is acting on it don't we the people feel like we've been backed far enough into the corner.WITH ENOUGH NUMBERS WE MAY NOT EVEN HAVE TO USE VIOLENCE JUST A HUGE SHOW.

Richard you are absolutely right. We the people must start arresting violators of constitutional laws of those in office in our counties first. By coordinating these lawful arrests with constitutional sheriffs... Doins to, by the citizens doing the citizens arrests themselves, by lawufl affidavits, indictments and warrants, served to the sheriff. if the Sheriff fails to make the arrest, then the sheriff is accountable for giving aid and comfort to felony and or treasonous crimes and becomes an accessory to those crimes for lack of action, breach of duty and oath of office... to name a few criminal actions against him.
Make your sheriff obey the constitutional laws or remove him! Make the County Executives, and attorneys obey their oaths also. Demand to see their oaths of office as they must be on public record, and must be signed and sworn and dated no later than 12 hours after they took office! If they do not have an oath on record or did not do it in a timely maner, they must be arrested and charged for breach of the peace, unlawful actions by ACTING as a law officer, but not under oath... etc...
If we do this now, we shall have safe places to live during the coming storms. To do anything less is to sign up for termoil and war in the near future. David..

One thing that I disagree with is that I'm not responsible or to blame for other beings who have their own free will wanting to kill or enslave us. That is not and never will be MY fault, whether or not I am involved in any process to stop them . Even if I sit and watch football, their thoughts and actions are not my fault.
