Donald,I sadly, totally agree.We have to protect our states rights first.IMO, that starts with the Sheriff's Office.They are our states first defenders.Most people do not realize how much power a Sheriff holds.

A good book which is informative about the Sheriff - "The County Sheriff America's Last Hope" by Sheriff Richard Mack tells about the powers/responsibilities of the Sheriff. A must read for anyone interested - also an easy read!

I finally got my form letter from Saxby Chambliss of GA. 13th district yesterday,he even added that bho presented a second proof of his birth with the long form BC.I still haven't heard from David Scott.2 down & one to go in GA.to vote out in my district.

Dear Mr. Chambliss,

You obviously have turned a blind eye to the fact that Barack Obama is not a Natural Born Citizen according to Article II of the US Constitution. The Natural Born Citizen requirement was purposefully included in the Constitution. For the definition, one most refer to Vattel‘s “The Law of Nations”

With all due respect, you took an Oath to protect and defend the Constitution from all enemy’s Foreign and Domestic. You Sir, have failed to uphold that Oath and therefore are Complicit to the fraud being perpetrated against the American people.

Finally, a legal investigation was performed by Sheriff Joe Arpio and his Constitutional Cold Case Posse determined that the Birth Certificate released on the White House Website is in fact a forgery based on expert’s study and investigation of this document and are willing to testify in Court that it is not simply a copy of the record supposedly on file in the Department of Health in the state of Hawaii. I would highly recommend that you look further into this matter and you will surely see that this document was created using a graphics program to deceive the American Citizens into believing a lie that Barack Obama is actually qualified to hold the Office of President. I don’t care where Barack Obama was born, it makes no difference, the Birth Certificate lists his Father as Barack Obama Sr. as a Foreign National and Citizen of Kenya under British Territory and Rule. Citizenship follows the father, which in and of itself makes Barack Obama Jr. at best a dual Citizen which our Founding Fathers specifically excluded due to dual allegiances.

During the investigation, the Cold Case Posse looked into the National Archives to see if they could find any relevant records regarding Airline flights and passengers flying into Hawaii during the week of Barack Obama’s birthday. Much to their surprise, the records for passengers arriving in Hawaii during the week of Barack Obama’s alleged birth, mysteriously those records are missing. Now what are the odds of that? Once again further proof that there must be something to hide. Otherwise those records would not be missing from the archives during that time period. This would strongly suggest that Barack Obama way very well have been born in Kenya and then returned to Hawaii shortly after his birth.

The fact that Barack Obama is using a Social Security Number issued to another citizen of the state of Connecticut, a state in which Barack Obama has never lived in is all telling. I as a small business owner I have ran the Social Security number he is using and that Social Security Number does not pass through the E-Verify system and is registered to another citizen who once resided in Connecticut. Now don’t you think the highest Office in our Nation deserves to have a Constitutional President? Instead what we have is a Fraud and a liar, who is quite obviously hell, bent and determined to destroy our Country. Mr. Chambliss, do you care so little about your Country that you would stand by and allow this happens?

Additionally, Barack Obama’s Selective Service Registration has been proven not to match forms filed through the very same Postal Office in Hawaii specifically in regards to the date format on Barack Obama’s form. The Postal date stamp on every other form included four digits for the year yet Barack Obama’s form only has two digits for the year filed. Once again, this document has been investigated by forensic document experts and has been determined to be a forgery.

With all this said, should you refuse to address this issue along with others in the Senate and the House, it will be perfectly clear that you are Complicit and Guilty of a Cover-up and Conspiracy against the US Tax paying Citizens of the United States of America. You will be held fully responsible for this violation along with every other member of the House and Senate. You took an Oath to represent the people, your constituents and you have failed to do so. When the truth comes out regarding this matter, I fully expect that you will be charged with aiding the Obama and his Administration in the Fraud perpetrated against the American Citizens of these United States of America. Are you prepared to live with the consequences of your inaction to uphold your sworn Oath? Furthermore, I will personally make sure that every single Citizen that you are supposed to represent knows the truth that you have refused to address this issue. That is certainly your choice but “we the people” deserve to know the truth about where our elected officials stand regarding this very serious matter. After all, you work for “we the people”, you willingly applied for the job and we gave you the job. We can and will make sure you are fired from your job next time you are on the ballot.

By the way, has Barack Obama paid you to provide this canned bullshit response to everyone asking these same questions? That is almost verbatim the same response I have received from other members so it must be a prepared response for all members of the House and Senate. I sincerely hope that you will look further into this serious matter and heed this notice. Do the job in which you were elected to do by the Citizens of your District. Additionally, please feel free to share this information with your fellow members of the Senate and the House. Should you choose to ignore these facts, it will be very clear that you have chosen this position and are indeed Complicit and therefore Guilty of Treasonous Acts against the United States of America.

Article II, Section 1, Clause 5 of the United States Constitution states, "No Person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President; neither shall any Person be eligible to that Office who shall not have attained to the Age of thirty five Years, and been fourteen Years a Resident within the United States."

President Obama demonstrated his citizenship during his campaign by circulating copies of his birth certificate, which showed he was born in Hawaii on August 4, 1961. While there are a number of lawsuits across the country challenging President Obama's eligibility to serve as President, none have been successful.

If a person is born in the United States, a certificate of live birth issued where one is born is sufficient proof of U.S. citizenship. The certificate, confirmed by the Hawaii Department of Health as authentic, shows that President Obama was born in Hawaii. Furthermore, on April 27, the White House released President Obama's "long form" birth certificate, in an effort to address continuing questions.

“natural born citizen” appears, in Book I, Chapter 19, § 212, of the English translation of 1797 (p. 110):

§ 212. Citizens and natives.

The citizens are the members of the civil society: bound to this society by certain duties, and subject to its authority, they equally participate in its advantages. The natives, or natural-born citizens, are those born in the country, of parents who are citizens. As the society cannot exist and perpetuate itself otherwise than by the children of the citizens, those children naturally follow the condition of their fathers, and succeed to all their rights. . . .

The French original of 1757, on that same passage read thus:

Les naturels, ou indigenes, sont ceux qui sont nes dans le pays de parents citoyens, .

obama's father was never an American citizen and never even applied for citizenship prior to or after aug.4,1961.

VATTEL Book 1 Chapter 19. It is very clear in the law definition of the time. Our U.S. Supreme courts HAVE refered to this in at least 4 cases, so it's not like Vattel is or has been foreign to American law language.
John Jay (the first Cheif Justice) among others in his time used Vattel like we use webster or google today.

A dozen videos came out, the same day, of Obama's Long Form release and quickly came to this conclusion. Its all been forged!

So why isnt anything being done? Why cant our government see this obvious forgory and arrest Obama and all those involved in this huge scandel that has reached inside the White House? Are they ALL involved? Apparently so, so thus, the whole of our government, MUST BE REMOVED!
WE THE PEOPLE must restore order in OUR House!
