Weather modification in the USC (Law)

Not sure many of you know this. Let me first say honestly there is little that the government does that stays hidden. Often there are laws and documents. I've learned this after conducting legal reseach for myself gathering the "facts"for over 20 yrs and working as a leagal reseacher for others as well.This includes the OKBIC, for which I was also one of the investigators. So Facts are my only focus. Either they are there, or they are not. Well here's some facts.

I have certainly never thought that "it" was not real. I think the records and history is clear, dating to the 1830s in America.

What always seems to be in dispute is the effectivness, the benefits, the controllability, and the unintended consequences of wweather control. As a weapon, the argument seems overhyped on the side of sinisterism.

I agree. I'm not sure how effective it is. Interesting though, to see it listed as a weapon of war.

There have been some books written about HAARP and other possible weather modification devices.

I've been to Missouri one to many times. You have to show me facts. Again interesting to see in the USCs. Thanks for the post Chancy!
