I won't weigh in on the possibilities because many of these could happen. I say try to prepare as best you can for all survivable scenarios. Group together with like minded people and setup lines of communication . DON'T DISPAIR! Read everything you can and grow your skill set and tools that you may need in a collapse scenario. Above all stay calm and carry on. Have FAITH in the Lord. Man has survived everthing that has been thrown at him so far. In EVERY calamity there was a small group who prepared and were ready. The "crazy" ones (see Noah) were better able to provide for their friends and family and others when TSHTF. Good luck and God Bless.

Freedom Girl,

This is Firehawk. I was on the Freedom Reigns show last night with Minuteman and Drake. Welcome to our world. It is confusing at times when so much is gong on. One of the things we try to do is focus on certain events, possibilities, and reactions. I think you're quite correct regarding many people simply not being aware and not being ready. This is what our two radio shows are all about. That's also the reason it's good to become involved with a local militia unit. There is training to do, but also to teach if you are so inclined. All have something to contribute. Also, learn quickly who's talking crazy stuff and who's trying to teach and pass on what they know about the situations. Yes, there are a numvber of them, but they won't all come at once. There is logic to it and thaat means it can be ancticapted and planned for. My specialty is analysis of all this stuff - intelligence if you will - and pass it on so all can prepare more intelligently. Most do, some don't...their choice. personally, I think it will be a combination of things. Seems to me ,one way or the other our gov't will create an enemy after something(real or manufactured) occurs.They never let a crisis go to waste.Even if they create the crisis.

I think the most likely scenario will be civil strife/widespread rioting or crime waves promting either martial law or increased paramilitary law enforcement presence in the population centers by popular demand.

Things I'm looking for are an Israeli/US strike at Iran just prior to the election. This COULD ultimately lead to a global nuclear exchange.
Also a possible electrical grid collapse related to the above. Timeline for this---late November to mid-December.
A credible sounding time traveller, Jacob Time, at the Time Travel Institute discussion forum indicates that this is what occurred on his timeline. Apparently, Obama lost the November election, but was removed PRIOR to January by the military due to disastrous moves made in the Middle East. He also mentioned the Tea Party marching in DC just leading up to the election. In any event, we don't have long to wait to see if this will play out.

Worst case in my neck of the woods wood be ethnic cleansing.
What ever pops off would be the launching pad for Mexico to claim what they think is rightfully theirs. 100,000,000 plus rush the border. In the mean time Mexico activates its sleeper cells which are put in vital areas.
Militia and like citizens push Bach which leads door to door searches. Anyone not of Mexican decent is executed.
Our government allows this to happen and let's it play out.
The government think they will come out the winners and face the problem of MILLIONS of illegals. They work with Mexico and create a border free countries which leads to North American Union.

That could very well be possible. Mexico wants Texas as well but good luck. Remember New Mexico was part of Texas and if Texas leaves the Union what do you think going to happen to New Mexico? I guess we will have to wait and see how it all plays out for now. I don't see Obama being reelected but he is just part of the real problem we are facing today.
The banking system is the major problem and of course Congress.
WE HAVE THE BEST CONGRESS THAT MONEY CAN BUY!!!
