WRAM - We dedicate our hearts, minds and bodies to protecting our great Republic!
It is a Navistar combo vehicle. The "cage" worries me. like I said, definately designed to keep the occupants inside.
Live farm animals for the Mexican Army I think would be contained in cages.
The screen is for keeping people IN while maintaining visibility of the prisoners.
The box on the roof is probably storage for restraints. The bottom boxes should be for tools and maybe tire chains.
The Canadians use these trucks for anything from troop transport to logistical vehicles.
The U.S. Army bought a crap load of them. The main thing is the chassis. How you modify them is up to you. We gave a crap load of these trucks in various configurations to Iraqi Guard and Afghanistan Defense Force. These trucks are used all over the world.
I believe most mass prisoner transports will be screened in school busses like they trans port penitentiary inmates. These trucks would be used to haul prisoners on long trips. Self contained cage in the back would allow for rest stops an only one armed guard while the other "Bulls" are having lunch, raping and pillaging, picking up more dissidents, etc.
Thanks for the intel and keep watching and noting where they are headed and how they are outfitted.
Who would get in willingly? Ok, maybe TXTF1 rode in these vehicles once to get from point A to point B. USAR guys are Fire/Rescue crews and they are good at improvising what's availible to them. That does NOT give the trucks an aire of legitimacy! It's who will be loaded into the trucks next that has my concern!!! I'd bet good money those back doors don't open from inside.
I would gladly get in one willingly as long as it was in the drivers seat. I could think of many uses for that rig after i obtained one! ; )
This picture should appeal to your common sense:
That just about says it all, doesn't it?
I'd use them in a heart beat for Farm and domestic animal rescue during floods and fires.
Five ton transport. It'll haul near as I can figure 72 pax. Notice it is designed for standing and the back door is solidly barred from "the outside" Sources advise that this picture was taken in NY at Waterveliet. Notice also that there are no decals or serial numbers noticeable.
Thank you Mr. Foreman. It's quite creepy and I don't like it!
Entrance on vechile is a little high for farm animals, hate to have to lift a cow or horse up there.
I hear ya there brother. But sometimes we just gotta do what we can with what we got. I would rather hve 4 of these with lift gates included. Painted drab green, it would probably still look as sinister.LOL
I just found out what "they" sometimes use trucks like that for.
They're used to feed Christians to the lions. We must resist!
If ya ever see someone driving innocent American's unwillingly to some fema camp, yank their sorry hide out on the ground and throw it in this. See how they like it.
