Cecil, you are the type of leader those on this site need.  But to lead you need those that will work with you and beside you to be successful.  It is sad that those from ACM didn't work with you and together you could have had a great Group.  I have seen some of the things said to you and they were wrong!  What this Militia needs is someone who will listen and work with others and you have proved you can do that.  It is hard to get a Militia going when you don't have the support that you should have.  You are honest and upfront and having elections is good but you need to make sure that those who only care about themselves and being a "so called leader" will not take over and destroy what is here.  Maybe others will read this and realize that they need to work with you and support your effort to make this work.  WRAM will work and help you all we can.

Mr Wiggins;

I have been following the activities in Ala.for a while now,and My feeling is that you have been doing your best at unifying Ala. I have seen you attacked by others when all you were trying to do was bring all the groups in your state together! This doesn't cut it with me!!

There are problems in Ala.that seem to come down to the overinflated ego of certain people.

There is no place in the Militia for ego to get in the way of unification if the various groups in the area.

You have been working very hard to bring unification to your groups,and I personally applaud you for that!!

Here is what I will ask of all Militia in Ala. Any one of you,please give me a call,and we can discuss this problem,maybe an outsider can work with all you guys/gals to bring things back together.No promise,but I am willing to try.

This has worked before,and it will work again.It's you peoples choice.

Lets work this out,PLEASE??

If they wish me here I'll work my butt off but from the bottom. in the trench with all the others. we'll know our leaders when we need them. A title is not needed and I was just keeping the chair warm for a good person we have not found yet.
