Just received an call and the following e mail from Sheriff Biecker about the law suit. The notice is late,but if folks can make it to sho support that would be great.

Jim also said he will try to get us a copy of the law suit an will ask if citizens can join or file a like suit.

Press Conference to Announce Civil Rights Suit by 54 Sheriffs against Anti-gun laws

° Legal challenge to Colorado's new anti-gun laws begins in earnest tomorrow morning in Federal Court

Friday morning, May 17, at 10 a.m., Colorado Sheriffs and other plaintiffs will hold a press conference detailing the filing earlier that day of their federal civil rights lawsuit against House Bill 1224 (magazine ban) and 1229 (sales and temporary transfers of firearms).
The press conference will be held at the Independence Institute, 727 East 16th Ave., Denver.
Sheriffs are coming from as far away as the Western Slope to participate in the press conference. Also at the press conference will be disabled citizens in wheelchairs, and representatives of Women for Concealed Carry.
After approximately 15 minutes of prepared statements by the Plaintiffs, the Plaintiffs, as well as Sheriffs' attorney David Kopel, will take questions from the media. There will be photo and video opportunities. Plaintiffs will be available for interviews.
A press release with additional information will be sent out early Friday morning.
The Independence Institute is a non-partisan, non-profit public policy research organization based in Denver, Colo.

Mara, I read the article about the muslim cleric and Seal Team last night. So disgusting, it turned my stomach! No other administration even slick willy would have ever allowed this to take place! Political Correctness and Forced Tolerance must be stopped!

Southern Colorado Patriots, Pueblo Needs your help! Pueblo Freedom and Rights the Group responsable for the Recall of Angela Giron. The Gun Grabbing, Tyrannical State Senator in the Pueblo district, We need volunteers at our drive up petition signing rallies this weekend and for the next 4 weeks. We need people waving flags to help draw in people and to help work the signing tables. We are half way through the petitition signing time period and are so close. We need to make a big push the next few weeks and add to our numbers. You may say why should I help? I'm not in Pueblo. If we can get one tyrant recalled it makes all of our state politicians think twice when they vote without the will of the people! She knows we are close and is begining to fight back. So please. Come help if you can! See Victor at the Pueblo West Walmart Signing location on Saturday and he will direct you to one of the 4 or 5 locations to help out. Actions speek louder than words! Pueblo County meeting this Saturday May 11th,Hen House Restraunt,in the banquet room, Pueblo West. Breakfast at 8:30am, meeting at 9:00am.Pueblo County is on the move and getting organized. All groups and Patriots in Southern Colorado are welcome to attend! Going forward communication between groups will be key. Regular meetings will be every 2nd Saturday of each month.
