I would also like to wish Joe good luck on either starting over or this new benture.  It truly might be a good idea to change the name and get a complete fresh start, but other wise you whould be able to have luck in this.

 

I would also advise setting up an S1, S2, S3, and S4 Shop So that you have admin, Intel, Training and Operations, and Logistics and supply in place.

 

I think if you really get your infrastructure set up, make sure everyt9ng is in place, then you will be off to a good start.  You or someone else might take on the  CO. XO and S Shop positions for a while until you are completely set up then hold elections after all ready.  New members like to see organization, a handbook, and know that they have a place that has structure and a place that they can train, and work up through the chain and learn as they go.

 

Just my thoughts, and I hope this really goes well for you.

its more or less just a case of little man syndrome,and only wanting one agenda to go forward, im trying to unite the "militias" where as others are trying to separate them. if we go by the deffinitaion of the word which i think we should the "militia" is the whole of the people. not just joe blow that i like and the heck with joe blow that i dont like. we all bring something to the table. the name militia of georgia encompasses everyone in the entire state. the only difference is that each unit will have their own name and identity. and their own mission but we just need to organize so these ideas dont overlap,we also need joint training so each unit can cross train.

Zombie.  I know on training GA Militia gets out there a lot, they hold FTX's, and STX's, and and stay up on things, they do not have many problems at all and are not involved in this stuff.  Their personnel take what they do seriously and are always training.

They have a nice forum, their leadership is good and they are a great buch of people, and I think you would be happy there.  They really get out into the field and train, and that is the most important thing.

No problem things are getting together here and we will only be stronger.  You got great people here like LTC Redmon, ED, and many others in the Ga Militia who do a great job. Timothy is working to help the cause of unity and it seems the Militias have a desire to support each other.

 

Things are working out fine, just got through the rough patches, but we all know things are starting, and we must stand together or we will fall.

 

No keyboard rangers here.
