Kill with a borrowed knife
Fighting with a borrowed knife means to turn the opponent's weapons against himself. It is a very subtle thing to do - instead of fighting on your own, you can entice a third party to do the fighting for you.
Another aspect to this is assessing the opponent's strengths, then fighting in a way which on the surface looks like you are complying with the opponents wishes, fighting in a way where the opponent usually excels. Therefore tricking your opponents into using their own strength against themselves. For example: The opponent will expect the average militia member to "hunker down" in his house and put up a good fight. The opponent has all kinds of teams that excel in room clearing tactics. To them this will be a walk in the park. They are good at what they do and therefore stuck inside that mental box. Not because your opponent lacks creativity, but because you've lulled him into it by making him think that you are willing to fight his style of fighting. Because of his confidence he will let down his usual guard and this is the time you strike him from the rear. ( which would then play into the second principle which can be summed up as attacking the rear to escape from the front)
Now an example of enticing a third party would be to infiltrate the socialist revolutionaries Guide there mood and plant ideas. Win the trust of the leadership and begin to advise them. Then use them to take on opponents which you would find difficult to handle yourself. Don't be afraid to use them as fodder. Pawns are a necessity in war and the cold hard truth is that pawns are expendable.
Another way to use them is not from the front but from the rear. This also involves infiltration but in a limited role. Instead of guiding them to attack where you want them to, let them choose their own targets then you base your attacks on that information. Then you can use them as a distraction for your missions (again going back to the first principle of hiding movement with movement).
You now have three principles that can be combined and recombined. I would like everyone that reads this post to PM me with an Idea or a mission based on these principles. This will be a mental exercise to see how well you are understanding these and to get you all thinking in this manner.
Remember if all you know is what you learned from field manuals then the only thing you know is how to fight like your opponent. Ask yourself this. Who do you think would do a better job at employing those field manual tactics, you or them. If you want to beat them you cannot think like them. Field manuals provide you with a two dimensional style of fighting that cannot be applied in asymmetrical warfare. Learn what's in those manuals but only to learn what you opponent will do.

Unfortunately the ones being raided hardly ever have any advance warning. Taking part in many raids in Iraq myself, I am very familiar with the effectiveness of total surprise. They only way that I know of to be able to at least delay any raiders from accomplishing their objective is to have a preplanned defensive strategy that can be used once the raiders have entered the house (assuming that they have crashed through the door in the middle of the night). From there they only way I have ever seen any one escape was to have another team come to the rescue of the one being raided.
Also I would never use bushes as a fighting position unless you have prepared that spot with sand bags or similar materials. Any ambush using only bushes as cover will be very short lived.

Unfortunately what is legal today may not be legal tomorrow. If the EPA were to categorize lead as an environmental hazard, my house (and I'm sure many of other houses) would be deemed a HAZMAT site. That right there would be enough to warrant at least an inspection by the authorities, and perhaps some fines. Especially if some are found to be burried in the backyard. This would eventually escalate to raids.
Also, if you are serious about using cameras I can describe to you how I'm using them. They are a great force multiplier and can be used to turn most modern homes into a death trap for the enemy during a home invasion. Just PM me and I will be happy to desribe this in private.

I reccomend the mounting of good sized CO2 fire extinguishers and bear cannister sized pepper sprays throughout the house. One pair in every room, but at different heights, so you can differentiate when the house is filled with smoke...pepper spray doesn't work on a fire. CO2 is thick fog, and ICE cold, and it takes your breath away, just like it does for a fire. It is a quick way to take a stack of room clearing fascists off their A-game, and I'd have a second person man the pepper. The pepper will give you a chance to get armed with a better tool for defense, and light up someone's life. Cans of paint have been used in the past, as the raiding party will be wearing goggles. The paint, obviously, will coat them quite effectively.

Raid Flying Insect Spray very can be very effective. donot use but under very exteme circumstances. Do not use lightly! Use only in self preservation circumstances.
