Hello Folks, Jyrell down here in SC looking to make new friends and advance the cause of freedom.
Thinking about something along the lines of Mid-Summer Regional Meet and Greet doing a Nationwide Meet and Greet on a Regional basis with Commo/IT setting up to link it all together and make it go MAINSTREAM MEDIA. What say you?

Watchmen of Kansas, sub group to the Watchmen of America is hosting a meet and greet in coordination with the kansas preppers expo in Holton, KS, we will be campimg and providing training and having a dinner on saturday to learn more about us, our organization, and be apart of a great brotherhood please contact me for more info.

No disrespect at all intended for the watchmen. I have been on the website and have read their published materials there. We as "militia" are sounding and expressing almost the exact thing that the watchmen say they are. My only thing is why re-invent the wheel. Those that want to do so are of their own free will and nature. No problems here. I also know that being known as a "militia" has been cause for a bad rap in history of late. All groups that have/are forming that I associate with and communicate with are very adamant about NOT allowing "loose cannons" and talk of uprisal. If this is what you are about, you are kindly asked to leave. So I have no problem at all with their organization, I just don't/didn't feel the need to buy into a COOP to do what ever a Patriot feels/needs to do anyway. Just my two cents, and you can take that for what it is worth. Like I said, I am not, nor wishing to cause a argument. If you need more info on State groups, please get intouch with me or the admin to this group and we will be more than happy to help arrange coordination with others. Keep your powder dry and eyes open. We need to remember that we all are trying to accomplish the same thing and may stand together at one point or another in the future. May God help us all and be with us if we do.

@Valcor & Thomas ; we need not fight amongst our selfs . Watchmen is not a militia but a website ,like this one , for the militia . Let's remember that constitutionally , all able bodied males over the age of 18 are unorganized citizen militia ( like it or not ) . Thomas is recruiting for an organized militia that has its roots in the patriot movement of the Clinton era . Thomas trains and organizes squads and most probably gives them detectives. The people Thomas chooses to allow in this Milita are responsible enuff ( hopefully ) to buy their own gear and equipment needed for their specific duties . That is the differance between a website and an actual militia .

I belong to a small group and I know most of them would like to join; I would like to know where you are meeting or a group in the Wichita area. So if you could let me know where you are meeting that would be very much appreciated.
