WRAM - We dedicate our hearts, minds and bodies to protecting our great Republic!
Of course, even though it's not a "destructive device" we'll never get our hands on them.
yep, was watching that on the news tonight, yep we will not be able to get them. Prob military only.
Of course, there ARE ways around it...if it's not popular enough to warrant its own law, then you can finagle a way to get it. I'm working on something similar with the AA-12 shotgun...the manufacturer says "LE/Military only, but it's not prohibited by law. So, if i can get a LE buddy to give me a hand, buy it, modify it to be semi-auto only, then I'm obeying all laws
Where there's a will, there's a way.
I don't think they will make the "bullet" illegal, they will just make it so expensive the average citizen will never be able to afford it. Look at what's happening with Rifles, Pistols and standard ammo. There used to be a day when you could get these things cheap. Sadly now you have to spend almost $1,000.00 for a single rifle or pistol and another $300.00-$400.00 for a case of ammo. The government has a plan of attack to end the right to bear arms, and that is without passing any laws. The government knows they will never be able to have an outright ban on weapons, so they will simply do with them like they have done to cigarettes...Make them to expensive to own, carry or use.
Sad, but true.
Still, even if they are expensive, groups ought to unite and equip one of their teams with these for surgical attacks.
