We are a group not bound by political sides, financial interests, racial or religious divides. We are at a critical point in the history of America when the freedoms we have inherited, we now have to fight for. We are not only concerned, but willing to lay everything on the line to fix this. I listened to a recording of the call today and I have to comment on what I heard. I believe it was Firehawk (apologizes if it isn’t) say that he agreed that if someone is to lose their Constitutional Right that it should go before a Federal Judge, then he proceeds to tell a story about a fellow that committed a misdemeanor (fist fight – 1968- 20’s)) and when he was 63 he attempted to purchase a firearm and was denied, he went before a FEDERAL JUDGE and was still denied. Judges are as corrupt as the politicians, so why would we want them to determine a case for arms denial when it has already been denied.

Also he said he agrees with background checks but yet this same 63 year old was denied based on a background check and I can say that in Michigan background checks have been done for years and many people are being denied the right to purchase a firearm for nonsense. If a person is intent on committing a crime they WILL get something to commit that crime with.

No compromising means exactly that. The corruption and the over-stepping power of the Federal government is UN-constitutional period. It is very easy to disarm the American people through the backdoor of background checks and making criminals of us all. There are over 60 million laws on the books now that can make every man, woman and children a criminal whenever they choose to implement.

Now in Michigan, every traffic violation, no matter what it is, gives 2 points on the persons record, when they get so many points they have to pay a driver responsibility fee, how long before they turn so many points into a felony, instant denial of owning a firearm. Please really think about this issue, and where it can and is going.
