Today I received a confirming e-mail from Andrew Nappi at the 10th Amendment Center that Russian Troops will be in America in May supposedly carrying out war games with the CIA, NASA and whomever else they choose to participate. In light of the President's obvious distain for American's and his close relationship with Putin I guess they feel they need to let the Communist soldiers feel comfortable here. I had received this information a couple of days ago but it has not been confirmed as of yet - it was being reported by the Russian news service.
