Ok Folks, let's revisit this once more, only this time let's finally all do it!

Unit Designation and Insignia discussion

Additional subjects as determined necessary prior to meet

Open floor discussion

I think we need to plan a pot luck type meal to reduce burden on anyone.

Please comment and suggest additions,deletions, alternate plans, etc.

Given the turn in the weather, it may be necessary to select an alternative site for the meet. If we stick with the Fourth CG then we need be prepared for the cold and wet. Ideas anyone?

Al - Pancho as stated last month, I live just a few miles from the camp ground, just off 217 which connects with 337. The 22nd Oct looks good at this point and we plan on attending. I just need to know the time and where within the camp grounds. What if anything can we bring to help out?

At this point I would say just what you need for you and yours. I imagine we should be up and about by 08:00 and ready to rock by 09:00-10:00 should not take more than a few hours to handle the basic stuff we need handle. I plan on coming over on Friday evening and staying at the CG. Hot coffee should be on the Grill? Keep me posted as to weather stats please, in case it turns to crapola. I will try to make our position evident to members I also will send out a PM thursday evening with any last minute changes. Look forward to seeing you there!

Thanks - As many know, it snowed last week but the weather has turned to blue skies, temp in the high 60s. That is for this week. Next week doesn't look like it will be bad but then we know the weather and how quick it can turn. See you there.
