Check out this link on facebook. Go there and request info and someone will get in touch with you. Also, there are now 2 message boxes on facebook, the first is called "messages". Click on the message link, click "see all", then click "OTHER". Any messages you get from someone who is not your friend on fb goes to that box now. Make sure you can receive messages from people you don't know or they cannot contact you. Thanks and good luck.
