EDward, is this the same guy that told the cops the mags were in his trunk? If so, the mags were banned under the old assault weapons ban in NY. He admitted they did not fall under the pre-ban status and a couple other issues. If you have a link to the story so this information can be vetted, it would be appreciated. To just post a comment with no proof of what happened or that can be researched does not do any of us any good.

ALERT- I don't know for sure, but after NY passed that unconstitutional Gun Grab Law banning assault weapons & mags. larger than 7 rounds- the NYers refused to comply with registrations & threatened to form Militias. Well, today Police (disobeying their oath to defend the Constitution) made their first arrest on that unconstitutional law. The Police arrested a Veteran for possession of 5 - 30 round Mags. Prepare Oklahoma- the NY Police may have just begun the 2nd American Revolution. Up here in NE we are attempting to get more details on it.

My advice would be to get with a local group or form one if there is not one in your area. Show up at the rally this coming Friday at the capitol at 10am, there will be plenty of people that can help and guide you. Then come to the OKDF meeting next Saturday at 2pm at the H&H gun range, more people to meet with and network with. Then TRAIN TRAIN TRAIN. btw, welcome!!!
