There is no doubt that our freedoms are being threaten with impunity, we must get the correct vote out. We need to attack aggressively or forever bend over!

Yes...a very sad day indeed for this once great Nation. Now i know just how the founders felt. This was no ruling by the SCOTUS...it was a call to arms!!!

I'm sorry folks, but I'm now 100% convinced that not only is the system broken, but all branches, executive, legislative, and judicial, are completely corrupt. We've gone past the point of no return. Seriously, if anyone thinks or feels that we just have to "vote them out", you are delusional. The system has been hijacked for years. Only those that our supposed masters behind the curtains of our federal government want in the government are put into power, with a handful of peoples choices to give the illusion that our vote makes a difference. Illuminati, Bilderbergs, Masons, whatever you want to call them. It is blatantly apparent that we have no control over our governments anymore. What we need is to flush them ALL out with EXTREME PREJUDICE. NO MERCY. I've absolutely HAD it with all this nonsense of "we've got to wait until they fire the first shot for the people to be on our side." First of all, THEY ARE SMARTER THAN THAT. They know how the first American revolution started. They WON'T make that same mistake twice. Second, what I saw happen today was the proverbial 20th or 30th or 100th shot. We've been doing nothing but taking losses, more and more over the years. They've been calm, calculating, vicious yet quiet, manipulative, and all we've done is given them more and more ground. I'm not going to just twiddle my thumbs while the supposed leaders of the "resistance" continue to give ground and take losses. Don't get me wrong. I'm not just going to be stupid and go out with my guns blazing, so to speak. I know I'm only one guy. But, does anyone else feel the way I do?! Does no one else feel like we're just handing our freedoms over without any real meaningful, effective hits back at them?! Or what's the deal? I just don't get it anymore. How much longer are we going to let this parasitic government leech off of us?

Once again, anyone who thinks that the ballot box is going to solve anything nowadays is delusional. The "Power of the People" as you so refer to it has been neutered. The caucuses across the country should be proof enough that our vote is manipulated to serve a greater agenda. Ron Paul should have gotten so much more than what he got, but of course the powers that be saw to it that Romney basically got all the attention and press time. While I know we have the internet, for now, the powers that be have control of the largest public opinion controlling medium in the world, If we don't start acting soon, they won't even have to fire a shot to win. We'll simply wake up one day and our freedom will be gone. That is what I'm afraid of.

It kills me, what Roberts said. He basically said the Supreme Court wasn't going to correct problems that could be fixed at the ballot box. This was on the same day he struck down a law that would penalize anyone claiming military status without having served. I wish he'd get his act straight. The move does take a campaign issue away from Obama, which is a good thing, but I am concerned as to whether Romney will do all he can to eliminate Obamacare. Still, better the possible than the Devil we know.

There are many interesting and valid opinions here. The fact is that, our government has been infiltrated by the leftist/socialist in the Democratic party. The collectivist mentality has truly captured half of the populace's support. Sadly the republicans have their traitors as well. It serves us well to understand that the government was taken over decades ago. There is merit to what Joseph has said here. The average American is incapable of facing the truth, as they have become comfortable abdicating their civic duties over to the media, and emasculated congress. Though, I often say vote them out, part of me seriously doubts that voting provides a remedy to the county's woes. The 1st revolution (1776) set the precedent for what may need to happen next. Clearly the government is anticipating the eventuality of an out right rebellion; internment camps, reascend the 2nd amendment, decapitate the monetary system, I think they have us by the balls! Now this ruling effectively says, the government can tax whom and what ever, without representation. The communist agenda of the Obama regime is in the open, Don't forget about his fathers dreams. His daddy was a communist.

What saddens me is that our enemies have evolved and adapted and have kept one or a few steps ahead of us, while those of us in the patriot movement seem to be stuck in the past. We need to adapt too. If we wait too long they will literally be in position to remove all of us at the same time and maintain their control and power. Our government has been our enemy for years, but few have had the foresight or wisdom to recognize this fact. This is just one reason why we've continued to be behind them and practically at their mercy. They've been aware of us. They know who we are, but why haven't they come after us? Because they have been anticipating our every move, staying ahead of the game. They know that as long as we're under the impression we actually have any power that they will be left alone in the shadows. Until we realize we are actually under the foot of a shadow government oligarchy and don't really have the power to change things for the better in government, they will continue to be ahead of us.

To be fair in commenting here, I recognize that there are a myriad of organizations fighting the collectivist movement, League of American voters, Tea Party, Freedom Works, and others. I try to support as many of these as possible. Us militia folks are not alone.

When I first heard the ruling I said, I wonder how much it cost to buy a decision.
This evening I heard addit. details on this and am convinced beyond doubt that this was the case.
Either fear for family safty or money bought a vote.
(just my opinion)....
