War is generally defined as an armed conflict between two or more factions, who engage in suppression or destruction of the opposition, physically and materially, for the purpose of instituting the socio-political institutions of the prevailing army or faction.

§ 2384. Seditious conspiracy
If two or more persons in any State or Territory, or in any place subject to the jurisdiction of the United States, conspire to overthrow, put down, or to destroy by force the Government of the United States, or to levy war against them, or to oppose by force the authority thereof, or by force to prevent, hinder, or delay the execution of any law of the United States, or by force to seize, take, or possess any property of the United States contrary to the authority thereof, they shall each be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than twenty years, or both.

§ 2385. Advocating overthrow of Government
…Whoever, with intent to cause the overthrow or destruction of any such government, prints, publishes, edits, issues, circulates, sells, distributes, or publicly displays any written or printed matter advocating, advising, or teaching the duty, necessity, desirability, or propriety of overthrowing or destroying any government in the United States by force or violence, [Note: destroying any government in the United States by force or violence is prohibited, but that would imply the inverse is not prohibited; that is, destroying any government in the United States by non-force and non-violence is permitted]or attempts to do so; or
Whoever organizes or helps or attempts to organize any society, group, or assembly of persons who teach, advocate, or encourage the overthrow or destruction of any such government by force or violence; or becomes or is a member of, or affiliates with, any such society, group, or assembly of persons, knowing the purposes thereof—

For a score of decades, the United States has been under assault, by warring factions and ideological attacks, from within and without. The writers of the United States Constitution were rather simplistic in their view of treason, as can be seen in Article III, Section 3. Their view of treason was clearly associated only with external enemies whose tool was physical destruction with the purpose of conquering.

It can be seen from early writings that the founding forefathers were well aware of the possibility of a degenerated government.
"At the close of the Constitutional Convention in Philadelphia on September 18, 1787, a Mrs. Powel anxiously awaited the results, and as Benjamin Franklin emerged from the long task now finished, asked him directly: "Well Doctor, what have we got, a republic or a monarchy?" "A republic if you can keep it" responded Franklin." So quotes Ron Paul in a statement written in early 2000.
Franklin's words were quite telling. He could have simply said, "A republic", but he added the 5 words, "if you can keep it." By uttering those words, Franklin was suggesting that a republic is not something that can be expected to survive without nurturing and constant attention. Much like an infant, a republic requires the supervision and disciplinary hand of a watchful guardian. If that guardian takes his responsibility lightly, it can be expected that the republic will stray from all that is good and pure and will grow into an unrecognizable monster that knows not how to function properly, defiant and thirsty for self-gratification.”

The authors of the United States Code have done us no favors with the wording of descriptions of treason, sedition and overthrow. As you must have noted, the definitions include the use of the phrase “by force and/or by violence”. It makes no mention of treason, sedition, or overthrow by slowly distorting the governmental authority away from its original purpose, by corrupt and unconstitutional activities by any or all three branches of government.
The framers of the Constitution, perhaps even through their own argumentative discussions, must have known that governmental degeneration was a possibility and that nothing they wrote, could prevent it, if the people were intent to allow it, purposely or by their own stupidity.

Our country is on the verge of economic collapse. We have a President, a Congress and a Supreme Court who collectively are the most corrupt in the history of these United States.
The President neither honors his oath of office nor the United States Constitution. He hides his history, as though he is ashamed of it. His vision is not one that includes preservation of the Constitution; he circumvents Congress using agencies and executive order. He willingly presides over the collapse of the republic as founded. Is he not by any definition, guilty of treason, sedition and overthrown, but, because he presides over the disintegration without direct militant force or violence, by U.S. Code, he cannot be held accountable. And Congress, as currently constituted, will not hold him accountable. And the republic disintegrates.

The Congress spends like a drunken Russian sailor in a whore house (not intending to cast dispersions on the drunken Russian sailor). Their irresponsible actions enslave every generation in the foreseeable future with illegitimate and unnecessary debt. They destroy the country from within. Collectively, are they not guilty of treason, sedition and overthrown? But, since they employ their methods from ethical corruption, without embracing the tools of force or violence, they are immune from legal condemnation, from the courts or from themselves. So, by definition of the U.S. Code, they cannot be held accountable for their treachery. And the republic continues to disintegrate.

The Supreme Court has been stacked with justices with a liberal agenda, not constitutionalists. They rule the EPA can regulate CO2, circumventing the authority of Congress, shutting down our energy sources. They allowed the children of illegal trespassers citizenship by birthright, though their birth is the result of breaking our laws. By misinterpretation of the U.S. Constitution, are they not collectively guilty of treason, sedition and overthrow? But, because they conduct their business under the guise of legal interpretations, and do not use physical force or violence, they cannot be held accountable by the U.S. Code. Meanwhile, the republic disintegrates.

Our borders go uncontrolled and the illegal invasion which started with George W. Bush continues under Barack Hussein Obama; anchor babies are GIVEN the right of citizenship and the benefit of social services for which their parents NEVER paid.
The folly of the “suspension of free enterprise in order to save free enterprise” under George W. Bush, continues at an accelerated rate under Barack Hussein Obama. Tax payers money is squandered on illegitimate government backed loans (on the backs of the tax payers) to illegitimate businesses.
The Fed prints money at will. We send billions overseas for crude oil, stop our own energy production and spend billions policing the world and nation building. And, we are BROKE!
This can neither be that which the founding forefathers had in mind, nor, apparently, that which they thought they could have stopped from happening, by simply penning words to paper!
