Voting out all Democrats is imperative. Replacing them with "good" people is a farce. Once we get rid of King Obama, we need to make them pass legislation on term limits and no benefits (ie. pensions, medical coverage, secret service protection, etc.)Let's not make this a profession, it's a "public service".

Once we accomplish these goals, we need to look into the Federal Reserve Scam which is neither a federal entity or a bank. I highly suggest you read "The Creature from Jekyll Island" It is written so one can comphrend exactly what the Fed is and does without having a Financial degree.

Upholding the Constitution is of no concern to the Judical Branch or the Executive Branch. However, Justice Roberts actually did us a huge favor by changing the mandate to a tax, therefore making it imperative to voting this November and voting totally Republican or Independent. Justice Roberts actions gave us the possibility of elimainating ObamaCare by voting all Democrats out of office and replacing with Republicans/Independents who will run with the purpose of repealing ObamaCare. Taxes we know, can be overturned or repealed by Congress. We know the Republican run House already announced they would repeal ObamaCare should the Sumpreme Court do the exact thing they did yesterday.

Now America, it is your time to stand up and get involved. How, you ask? Simply register to vote and vote in Novemeber. Then start getting your neighbors, friends and co-workers registered and voting! The importance of taking the Senate away from the likes of Harry Reid, who referred to Americans as the "great unwashed". A little, power-hungry nerd, who grew up in a brothel (where the ladies called him, "Stinky") could never have attained his lofty position in any other country but America and he wants to stifle our freedom and do our thinking for us? I THINK NOT!!!!

In 5 months, "We the People" can and MUST take our country backand to insure Americans can keep and uphold our Constitution and The Bills of Right. The Democratic Party, unfortunately, has been infilterated by the American Socialist and Comminist Party and their goal has been to take America from within and so far they have attained success. If we do not vote them out of office, we will succumb and the only FREE Country in the world will dissolve and freedom for mankind will never again be realized. Our only hope (to use King Obama's word) lays in Republicans/Independent candidates. But, we must keep their feet to the fire and watch everything our government does or even thinking about doing. Another action that is of the utmost importance is to stop watching ABC, CBS, NBS, CNN, and MSNBC. If one stops watching their propaganda BS, the stations cannot hold their sponsors, therefore, no money equals no power. FOX News is no saint so watch with a grain of salt. America let's be strong and remove the Marxists, Comminusts, and Socialists from our government and return the power to the people. "The Bill of Rights" and the "Constitution" are the Law of our Land, the Founding Fathers got it right and let's prove it in November!~

Sound Advice KRider, voting them out does help. Only when there are better people to put in their place. Elections are fine, but we should be able to fire them sooner if need be and vote someone new in at any time.

The best part of what you said is "Let us use this recent UNCONSITUTIONAL decision to rally the common citizen, swell our ranks, and win this."

Anytime these topics come up it is a perfect IN in a conversation to bring up the Citizens Militia and promoting political and civil activism. Swells our numbers. We should just be vigilant that those just getting involves have a pleasant experience, are welcomed openly, and not indoctrinated in the wrong ideals.

Stay diligent and vigilant, always Stay Proactive.

LEO's understand the situation b8ut you working in the judicial system. and working for the constitution wear no guns and admit to not even hunting. thats from a provost martial In idaho.
Even they jnow what is about to happen.
we are starting to push for article 3 courts this has become ineresting in a nation under a article 4 court jurisprudence system. Right now One of our boys,Chris an ex navy seal is attacking the personal drivers liscence law as he can prove he is just traveling not commercial driving. ill keep all apprisedof this action.

Excellent answer and an excellent update, heads up. I will definitely pass this along to others I know. I really like the response from Max, that just brightened my day, Thanks, Max!!! I will be sure to remember it and use it.
There is one thing I find interesting though, every doctor I know enjoys shooting sports and owns several firearms. I wonder if they would comply with the question surrounding this issue, even if they were ordered to do so. I could expect it from the nurses but I have doubts about my doctor. Even he has a CCW.

Guns -- Be Forewarned !!!

very Important.... This is a retired Police officer with the Texas Highway Patrol........... “If you know veterans and gun owners, please pass this on to them. Be very cautious about what you say and to whom. " I am passing this along...there are comments from two other people I have also been asked if we keep guns in the house. The nurse just kind a slipped it in along with all the other regular questions. I told her I refused to answer because it was against the law to ask. Everyone, whether you have guns or not, should give a neutral answer so they have no idea who does and who doesn't. My doctor asked me if I had guns in my house and also if any were loaded. I , of course, answered yes to both questions. Then he asked why I kept a loaded gun close to my bed. I answered that my son, who is a certified gun instructor and also works for Homeland Security, advised me that an unloaded, locked up gun is no protection against criminal attack. The Government now requires these questions be asked of people on Medicare, and probably everyone else. Just passing this along for your information: I had to visit a doctor other than my regular doctor when my doctor was on vacation. One of the questions on the form I had to fill out was: Do you have any guns in your house?? My answer was None of your damn business!! So it is out there! It is either an insurance issue or government intervention. Either way, it is out there and the second the government gets into your medical records (As they want to under Obamacare) it will become a major issue and will ultimately result in lock and load!! Please pass this on to all the other retired guys and gun owners...Thanks From a Vietnam Vet and retired Police Officer: I had a doctors appointment at the local VA clinic yesterday and found out something very interesting that I would like to pass along. While going through triage before seeing the doctor, I was asked at the end of the exam, three questions: 1. Did I feel stressed? 2. Did I feel threatened? 3. Did I feel like doing harm to someone? The nurse then informed me, that if I had answered yes to any of the questions, I would have lost my concealed carry permit as it would have gone into my medical records and the VA would have reported it to Homeland Security. Looks like they are going after the vets first. Other gun people like retired law enforcement will probably be next. Then when they go after the civilians, what argument will they have? Be forewarned and be aware. The Obama administration has gone on record as considering veterans and gun owners potential terrorists. Whether you are a gun owner veteran or not, YOU’VE BEEN WARNED!!!!! If you know veterans and gun owners, please pass this on to them.
