Azranger..., that is my point. By not getting involved in the community programs that are in place all ready we simply will never have the proper Intel to lay the foundation for a CnC. Waiting is allowing them to continue their agenda. By being around them they won't scratch their nuts without someone knowing.

John and Jesse, I agree thatwhat we write, what we sayandw, hat we do MUSTBEGRON d ued in reality; or if it is necessary to discuss an issue where all the facts are not yet available, then the discussion should be labeled as such. We are in a battle for hearts and minds in this country; and false rumors branded as truth, or stories several years old being circulated as current events, without the proper labeling, only serves to make us all look bad! That is NOT responsible reporting. If we are going to successfully reach those who are still sleeping, we must be more dilligent at rooting out those who consistantly violate these precepts. By self-policing these practices, we gain credibility in middle America.

However Jesse, although I agree that our militaryh s been somewhat hardened by the years of fighting overseas, and would be a formidable opponent for the citizenry, they could be defeated by the people of this country. We have the numbers, and we Are NOT a defeated, impoverished, slavish population which has been indoctrinated over thousands of years to do what they are told by their masters. We come from different stock! The "WE THE PEOPLE ...." have always had a different mindset than the rest of humanity, when it comes to our rights to "...Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness!"

There is nothing more dangerous to bad guys, than a pissed-off American! And, although the majority of the top brass in the military has treasonously sold out to tyranny, much of the rank and file (espicially the der non-coms!) will not follow UnConstitutional orders that involve orders to attack innocent civillians. The biggest concern needs to be that they will need our help in determining who are the "good guys" from the bad guys, when the media has decided to get into bed with the very same Fascists/Communists/Islamists who are the bad actors ordering them to commit the Un-Constitutiona Acts!

THe main reason to wait is that we must be extra justified tot ake any action at all; and as of now, there is no unified C&C structure in place to provide the necessary EXPERIENCED leadership! We need the retired officer corps to get off their dead butts, and start putting to work all that training and experieence that the taxpayers have paid for over the years! There are hundreds of thousands of dedicated militia all across the country available for service, and probably a lot better equipped and trained than Von Stubing found in Washington's Continental Army when he took over training!

Jesse..., you make a point I have been hopping up and down about for over a decade.

You can train all you want, be equipped to handle any situation. Yet if you do not have undeniable, hard evidence then you are just as ineffective as the kool-aid drinking sheep.

The only thing I find faulty in your post is the waiting and the mention of an effective solution. The last thing we need to do is wait. Translate nothing. It is that decision that allows evil to succeed.

My observation is that law enforcers and private contractors want nothing to do with an unknown individual or group. So by volunteering with sheriff's departments, volunteer fire, rescue squad, red cross, Radio Civil Emergency Service, Amateur Radio Emergency Service , Skywarn , or heaven forbid the Ema .

In doing so you and your group removed the fear of the unknown. You will find many friends in service to these groups of volunteers. You will have first hand knowledge of who is doing what, when, where, why and how. You will receive top notch training and build trust. Thing s the Militia need BADLY.

I get some flack, understandably, for many of my responses to the issues (conspiracies) posted in forums like this. As an investigator I always start with trying to DEBUNK any information I see. As strongly as I believe in our right to take up arms in the face of tyranny I believe, equally as strongly, that when we DO it needs to be based on actionable intelligence because when it's over, win or lose, I do not want to have taken lives based on something that never happened.
When all this first started gaining momentum I was daunted by the fact our citizens/militias would have a hard row to hoe in a fight against a military force that has 10 years of experience fighting against an insurgency (the only kind of force we could engage in against the US Military) and, truthfully, I didn't (and still don't) see much potential for success in such an engagement, but I was absolutely THRILLED when the state governments responded en mass by enacting legislations that nullified the federal governments authority to enforce these 2nd Amendment violations against us.
What this has done for us is to give the citizens the force of law AND the protection of state and municipal law enforcement to stop, with force if needed, federal agents
from acting on these unconstitutional laws/executive orders.
What does this mean? I will try to sum it up with a post I made in another forum:

"The passing of these laws gives authority to state and municipal law enforcement to use force to stop federal authorities....this assuages the need for the militias to act. You should also consider that even in a "2nd amendment friendly" state that LEO's may not be ready to accept the aid of unorganized militias. I think that the militias role should be relegated to military incursions and coordination with regular military. Several states are establishing "state defense forces" similar to the National Guard but under the exclusive control of the Governor. This entire issue is in flux and rapidly evolving in our favor. If the various Militia groups were to take up arms in the midst of this it would most likely preempt the various states ability to invoke their 10th amendment rights and give the FED an excuse to move on us before the States can establish the the moral/legal high ground."

What should we do? wait....(that word hurts doesn't it?) we wait because the system, via the 10th amendment is doing exactly what it was designed to do....protect our rights. The states that have not stepped up will be in the minority when this is over. So BE READY but WAIT.....if there were to be a ground swell armed uprising (civil war) it would derail every effort our state reps are making to bring the fed to heel because they (the Fed) would respond with force against the "domestic terrorists" and our movement would be crushed at it's inception. The time is not right and God willing it will never NEED to be.

I forgot to mention that the state I reside in is Kansas. We are near the top of the list as being a firearms friendly state.

What really irritates me about those anti-firearms states and senators is that they do NOT have any legal authority to ban anything in the firearms world.
Under Constitutional law, they are criminals for doing so and need to be arrested by the supreme authority of the states they represent.
Our Constitution Never allocated those criminals powers beyond their noses and all this time, they are stiff arming their way into their dictatorship agenda.
It is clear, by our Constitution, 1st page, 2nd paragraph that the governed can shut those traitors down when there is clear evidence that the government has become self serving, no longer representing the people.
Our Constitution also guarantees all of us a Republican form of government as well, NOT a socialistic or a communistic form of government.
And, one other point, according to our country's largest Constitutional Sheriff's Organizations, the sheriffs in each county where the anti-firearms jerks reside, have the power to effect an arrest and confinement of those who violate any portion of our Constitution, regardless of what office they hold.
They have already made this very clear and also have vowed Not to enforce any anti-firearms bills coming out of DC or some locales within their region of jurisdiction,
I have contacted our 2 U.S. senators and our state's governor on these issues. And, I made it very clear to eric holder of the same Constitutional laws through quotes directly from our Constitution. I have received one response so far and that was from our state's governor. He thanked me for my support as our state is currently under attack by Holder as he is deeming our pro-firearms laws that passed, hands down, Un-Constitutional, which set me off and prompted me to go off on him.
I reminded him of the oath he swore to and that to violate that oath is the same as violating a legal and binding contract due to the significance of that oath.
I also told him about county sheriff's authority and the fact that the government does NOT control We, The People, or in reference, the "governed" who grants certain powers to those who we Elect to govern.
That contact was on Thursday, it is now Saturday, so there hasn't really been enough time to expect any response from anyone on the federal level yet so I will wait longer before I conclude that I will never receive a response from him nor from my states U.S. senators.
Everyone in every state who is still a believer in our Constitution needs to put some serious pressure on our state's governors as they are the ones who represent our will, to shut down those anti-firearms politicians in DC who are instigating this entire mess and using nearly every news media as their private propaganda machines.
My state governor actually took the time to immediately respond and thanked me for my support and encouragement. Our governor is Pro Firearm and is out to protect our 2nd Amendment in any way he can. He needs the support from as many states as possible.
Oh, one more important point on this matter. To change our rights to own any firearm and to give authorization to any politician the ability to change any Amendment requires a Constitutional Convention and then, if Congress passes such an amend, they are ordered by Constitutional Law to present that change to the governed, We, The People, for our consideration to either Ratify that amendment or Not. This is Constitutional procedure.
Anything outside of this is Illegal! And, FYI, one of obama's people authored a bill that is an amendment to or 22nd Amendment which would break the 2 term barrier and give obama a chance at a third term in office. I forgot what the bill number is but I have seen it.

There is only one political party in America now. The gop ony looks like an independent party anymore. Just two sides of the same coin! The civil war is coming soon! I ope you are all prepared for it.
