WRAM - We dedicate our hearts, minds and bodies to protecting our great Republic!
I'm from the PA Capitol region. I feel like something good has happened over the past couple of weeks, especially with the recall election success in WI. Something has changed in the country. Do any of you feel it, too? I am as fully prepared for Armageddon as I can be, so it isn't that I am in denial. Something has changed for the better. While I continue to prepare, I feel much less urgency than I did, say two years ago. How do you folks feel? PA has some serious issues, politically, and too many RINOs in the State Capitol. But I feel hopeful nonetheless. What do you say?

Unfortunatly however, IMO opinion the tide is WAY behind our ability to stop this. For example, Romney will be our next Preseident in a best case scenario. He has openly stated he has no intented of cutting the size of government, just reducing it's RATE of growth. The ONLY difference between obummer and him is obummer wants full throttle, and he wants to let of the gas just a bit. I can see this coming as clear as day, Romney will win, and the masses of sheep will let out a huge sigh of relief and return to their stupor thinking everything will be better now.
Just my two cents

Permalink Reply by Connie Bierzonski on June 15, 2012 at 1:23pm I wasn't talking simply politically. When you look at these types of sites, and I have been on and belong to many, people are acting as if the military is up the block and loading grenade launchers to fire at houses. That was where I was two years ago. Right now, not so much. In view of the amnesty declaration by BHO this afternoon, it is way too early to declare victory this summer. But regardless of how you feel about Romney, I can state categorically that he is no Communist, and in that case, will be hundreds of times better than BHO. Mitt is not my top choice by any means (not even in the top three) but he will be better for this country than four more years of BHO. I am trying to keep on top of many fronts in this war against Constitutional Terror, and it isn't easy, but I see light at the end of the tunnel. Maybe not a spotlight, but a night light for sure:) We need to work on getting Casey out of the Senate, and getting Harry Reid out of leadership forever. And Tom Smith was not my candidate either. Comments?
Permalink Reply by Jerry Bruckhart on June 15, 2012 at 2:42pm Yes, I agree, and you kinda made the point I was trying to make with Mitt with Smith. The fact that we the people HAD a good solid constitutional candidate (he DID do a few stupid things!) but chose none other than an individual that changed to repucklican in the recent past. I HOPE I am wrong, but doubt I am, ANOTHER Spector in the making. This PROVES to me that the possibility of solving this politically is nearly invisible. If the sheeple can not YET select the best candidate, it will be over before they EVER DO. This does not even get into the arena of Toomey voting for N.D.A.A., that is another whole conveluted ball of wax!

Permalink Reply by Connie Bierzonski on June 15, 2012 at 6:59pm I imagine you supported Sam Rohrer? So did I. As for Toomey, he was fooled just like 95 others in the Senate. Not an excuse, but I would love tohave heard the arguments used to convince them all this was a great thing. Just because Smith used to be a conservative Democrat doesn't mean he is a bad guy, let's give him a chance. No one could be another Specter! I attended the PA State Committee meetings where the endorsement was forced on the Committee by the Leadership. Yet the voters said, No Way! That was progress of a good kind. We just have to work on several levels to get this corrected. We will win some and surely lose some.
PS Toomey is a better politician than Rohrer - he can get a few people to agree with him and Sam never could, which is why he is so marginalized by the party elites. But some voters love him. Just not enough of them:(
Permalink Reply by Jerry Bruckhart on June 15, 2012 at 10:53pm Yes, I voted for Sam, and more power to you if you still think you can fix it from within! I hope you can! Would aleviate a lot of pain and suffering.
As for Toomey, I am sorry Connie, but if you truly believe he was "fooled" you are VERY nieve. These are GROWN men that took an oath to uphold protect and defend the constitution of the U.S. and that document is VERY clear.
As for Tom Smith being a "conservative" democrate, I do not buy that for a second. If he was conservative, he would have left the communist party A LONG time ago. I have been doing write ins for years, and it looks as if this one will be no different. I voted for my last neo-con over 10 years ago.
Permalink Reply by wayne markley on June 29, 2012 at 6:07am There is Freedom in the air, i feel it too, one way or another we will take back our country from the crooks who run the corporate government, at ALL levels, plus the banks are going bankrupt, if we cut off their money supply, then cut off their communications, then we can round them up, and sort them out, but i dont think that there are very many good politicians working today.
Permalink Reply by Connie Bierzonski on June 29, 2012 at 10:42am Considering yesterday's debacle from SCOTUS, I feel that we are the only ones we can depend on. No politician who has been there more than one term is worth a damn. And SCOTUS does not have our back, either. So I am a little down today. We have our work cut out for us. I'm not giving up on a political solution, but I'm not fool enough to think that will be the only solution. Stay healthy, pay attention and be ready when opportunity presents itself. We are temporarily down but not out!
Permalink Reply by Jerry Bruckhart on July 11, 2012 at 5:40pm I agree Connie, the window for political change is tightly closed short of a miracle. Romney has admitted openly that he has no intention of cutting the size of government, just decreasing it's rate of growth a bit.
I agree we are not yet "out" but the window is closing there VERY rapidly as well.
Our biggest problem the way I see it is the masses are STILL not ready to stand up to tyranny.
