Permalink Reply by christina on August 3, 2011 at 6:08pm Take a 1 gallon milk jug
Fill it with water add 1 tablespoon epson salt and 1 tablespoon baby shampoo
Saturate each plant with this. give it about 4-5 days and watch what it does.
Tomatoes like well drained soil, but like to be wet.
Also if you start over. Add a tablespoon of sugar in the hole before you add your new tomatoe start.
Taste the difference.
The solution I posted is for plants that need a pick me up.
Never tryed it with new cuttings.
If one is going to take and make a clone from and old plant.
Try rootone it is a rooting hormone.I use it to get clones from all of my plants great results.
Side note on the solution I posted after 4-5 days. Depending on how tired your plants are add another gallon of the solution.
