WSP Webmaster,

A question has been raised with the 2nd Amendment Militias around non-Americans or non-Washingtonians having the right to bear arms in this state. The lines to us are blurry and we want to remain above the board and within the highest law of the land, the rights of the people and the duty to protect the security of our free state and sovereign tribes. Who can trully bear arms and who can't?

We know the extremely mentally incompetent, felons, and people convited of Domesic Violence crimes can't bear arms until they petitition the courts back. We also, know they might not ever get them back depending on certain crimes and lengths in time within their conviction date. However, do Native Americans or people from other countries with Green Cards serving in the Military, National Guard or Militia with the intent of becoming U.S. Citizens and Washingtonians have the right to bear arms and serve their Country and State?

At some point in time, the issue of the new Dicovery Pass needs to be addressed. Choking off the woods to free people and taxing them for it is un-American. If it is not the goal of the Washington State Militia to threaten, hurt ot kill civil servants, but let them understand that the Militia system was around from 1636-1865 to give free people the right to claim themselves to be free and independent. In choking off these free places and lack of a State Militia recognized by the Governor, it only shows to us that the Republic on its last leg and the world is about to go into darkenss like Rome did.

I know it is complex, but we are hoping to set the standard and take us out of the darness and into the light. With no funding we are doing the best we can attempting to work on counter-terrorism, civil rights, emergency management and just being We the People, we get nothing but static from the government, media and other people. We have a hard job ahead of us and probably the hardest, but you are the Governor's Boys and Girls and makes you her protector. However, we are the protector too since it is our right and duty to be the Washington State Militia like you. You can call us extremists for actually upholding and defending the Constitution of the United States, but it is your oath and duty too!

Strength and Honor,

I don't cease to be an American when I travel to another state, nor does my obligation under the 2A.  I try to avoid leaving Free America, and my UT CCW covers most places I would choose to visit or traverse.
With all respect Gladiator I said "and my UT CCW covers most places I would choose to visit or traverse."  I do not choose to sojourn to Communist countries.  I recently completed what I hope is my last visit to the DPRK to move my wife's mother to WA State, which was a journey of familial obligation, not choice.  Barring unforeseen exigencies I will not be going there again.  One of the greatest reliefs I have ever experienced was departing for Free America in 1992.  When we returned to WA State from TX in 1996 we took a detour to avoid traversing Occupied Territory.  Not to squabble - just saying that I would not visit the DPRK by choice.  When Mexico retakes it in "La Reconquista" I will shed no tears.  The Republic will no longer be afflicted by the likes of Lady Botox Pelosi or Princess Di Fineswine - fine with me.  Best regards, and may you always live in freedom.
Maybe we should adopt the doctrine that they do: break the law to enforce it?
