@WSMGladiator, in 5000 years of human earth history America was truly unique, not based upon scribbles on parchment but ideals and most important the ideal of individual sovereignty and respect for human life.

Just that one thing can unite all individuals because it is one thing we have in common, what each man considers freedom can vary man to man but the freedom to do that, for each to define his own life, as he best sees fit, that is truly something each man can fight for in common.

The FTX was a Great learning experience for the guys who were going out into the firing line. Anyone who missed it, missed a lot of training and some really good simulations. There were a couple of people who were set up to be the enemy- THEY DID A GREAT JOB!!!!!  And kept everyone on there toes.  Hopefully there will be much more training next time, for all involved, not just the men in the Firing squads. For the people who didn't show - You missed out on a lot of helpful info and practice. I enjoyed meeting many of the people who came, just wish that we had more time to meet. For all who came - Thanks.

One of the great experiences of my life was Sept FTX hosted by the 63rd Light Foot at Fan Lake. I would like to extend my thanks to the organizers and to the patriots who soldiered with me, tolerating the FNGness and pointing out ways to improve my skills. Special thanks goes out to OpFor who strove to make our exercises as interesting as possible, and the Montana Dragoons who took me aboard and treated my as their own.

Those who missed it, you missed out. There's a lot more to soldiering than Saving Private Ryan, FM 21-75 and Call of Duty... you really do sort of have to want to be there. They don't pull freezing watches at 0400 on 3 hours of sleep after a day full of patrols and make 0600 reveille in the video games.

To those who want to go on about "permission" and "trespassing" on Federal lands... please get a grip as soon as possible. Your country needs you.

I want to say, to all those that attended, I have the utmost respect for you and thank you for making the militia a priority in your lives. I find it regenerating to meet all of the teams, and I would like to express great thanks and gratitude for the learning experience and trust I have recieved. I will always be a patriot and will never back down from tyranny. Now more than ever do I feel proud. Thank you for your continued effort to bring patriots together for readiness.

 

For those of you that could not make it for what ever reason, this weekend was amazing and I hope that you can come to future events. I missed a lot of familiar faces, and that part was sad. If there is anything that the SE Washington Militia group can do to help retain attendance in the future please contact us.
