- Yes I have read and understand the constitution. My kids memorized and could recite the bill of rights 1st 10 amendments. My youngest at 8was to recite the 1st and 2nd at the Capitol at a tea party protest several years ago in front of a huge crowd. Unfortunately he got stage fight. But yes he was capable at 8. The way I taught them was to write one amendment on a chalk board and leave it in the living room. And tell them to read it and recite it at least once a day for a week or so. And the later continue to quiz them.

- Rebel to me is not a negative thing a rebellion against oppressors is a good thing. I get what you are saying but it is a bit of splitting hairs. We are actually in agreement on most things as far as I can tell. However you assume much! Number 1 you assume I am a man. Number 2 you assume I am so ignorant that I don't know we are supposed to be a free republic. I am not a military person. I have been a political activist for the libertarian party. I am aware that I would most likely not be a leader in a milita, but instead look to others who are sane,and wise to lead and come up with strategies. I may have ideas and may offer them, but like I said I am not a soldier. I am a mom with 3 kids, and I fear my children will not grow up to be even as free as I have been and may be completely under an extremely oppressive dictatorship. I have already been harassed because of my involvement in the tea party and libertarian party. I already feel like a political dissident. Hopefully we the people on this site can all cooperate and get along well enough to be effective.
