Looking to advice and/or help with starting a local militia

I have been interested in starting a militia in my area. I'm looking to advice and/or help. What are some of the problems that I may encounter? What is the best way to recruit? With most new members not having military experience, how do we train or who could we train with? Would it be better to do the 501 nonprofit thing or not. I have some more questions for anyone who has experience on the subject or that could help in any way.See More

I'm a new member. I joined because I know the difference between a Democracy and a Republic. Because I know I have to give consent to be governed and I no longer give that consent to this government. Because I know this isn't America anymore. Enough is enough.
