Actually Leslie..the video was of the little girl. The people who did the video are not even certified....however they are funded by district attorneys nationwide...get the picture now?

Leslie, the defense did not get a chance to really present their case....the judge and district attorney shut them down. There was no DNA, the jury based their decision on a coerced video.

Leslie they had the trial middle of April in which Minuteman was there in attendance for the family. The jury found him guilty and recommended 30 years. At the moment the appeal has been filed and we are waiting to hear something on that. His sentencing is scheduled for June 5th.....unfortunately this particular judge has a tendency to go along with what the jury recommends.
