A BILL
To add engaging in or supporting hostilities against the
United States to the list of acts for which United States
nationals would lose their nationality.
1 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa2
tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
3 SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.
4 This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Enemy Expatriation
5 Act’’.
6 SEC. 2. LOSS OF NATIONALITY.
7 (a) IN GENERAL.—Section 349 of the Immigration
8 and Nationality Act (8 U.S.C. 1481) is amended—
9 (1) in subsection (a)—

1 (A) in each of paragraphs (1) through (6),
2 by striking ‘‘or’’ at the end;
3 (B) in paragraph (7), by striking the pe4
riod at the end and inserting ‘‘; or’’; and
5 (C) by adding at the end the following:
6 ‘‘(8) engaging in, or purposefully and materially
7 supporting, hostilities against the United States.’’;
8 and
9 (2) by adding at the end the following:
10 ‘‘(c) For purposes of this section, the term ‘hostilities’
11 means any conflict subject to the laws of war.’’.
12 (b) TECHNICAL AMENDMENT.—Section 351(a) of the
13 Immigration and Nationality Act (8 U.S.C. 1483(a)) is
14 amended by striking ‘‘(6) and (7)’’ and inserting ‘‘(6), (7),
15 and (8)’’.

This is the most terrifying thing I have every personnally seen in my lifetime. Something MUST be done. But what? These legislators are so brazen in their law-making their have no fear of the people, but conversly, I think that they are terrified of the people so they are turning the nation into a police state.
