It only takes one proof positive to show the system just doesn't work. Here is the proof! It's simply obvious that anyone can be accussed of something, without any proof, found guilty/prosecuted/sentenced. Still feel good about your "freedoms"? I feel like ranting/venting, so I'm gonna shut up and head out for the night Patriots! God bless and God speed.

Dear God keep and protect Charles Dyer and his family through these troubled times. Be with Charles and give him strength to endure until he can be a freeman once more in a free Nation. Give us strength and wisdom as we work to restore our Republic. Amen

My hope is that we can get him a retrial on appeal. If we could get a record of all of the illegal and unjust practices in his case, compiled into a document that we can forward to state officials. Post all of their emails and addresses and I for one will send them an email a day or more until justice is done.

The 1:30 pm central sentencing hearing was re-scheduled for 2:15 pm central today. No word yet..............
